So loud. Loudest gutters I have ever had on a house.

I was very pleased with the way LeafGuard of Northern New York went about it. They did not take forever, and it was done in just a few hours. It looks beautiful.

The workmanship is not good. There was no respect for personal property. They left a mess on my roof.

I thought they were fast and efficient. I am satisfied.

We really like the product and how it enhances our home.

Leafguard was very courteous and kind, and they did a really did a beautiful job. The cleanup was done very well, and I have talked to others who found did not have that same experience with other companies, so I would definitely recommend Leafguard.

Everything went well despite rain most of the day. Results look good and work well.

We like the gutters we now have Pricey but good.

The installation was done in terrible weather: cold, wind, snow, and dark for the final hour or two. We wonder if this resulted in the leaky corners which required more than one follow-up repair. (We hope that is all.) Debris was found on the lawn after the snow melted. Salespeople and installers were great.

Our Representative Cameron was amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product.

I haven't had the product from LeafGuard that long, but what I see right now is the icicles hanging off of it.

The product and service are great but I don't think my neighbors/friends would think it was a wise investment

I've had problems finding someone to clean my gutters every year and someone suggested I get Leaf Guard. So I made the call, a salesman came to the house and went over everything with me. It sounded all good at the time so I signed the contract. However he asked if I get icicles. Yes, I do behind the house. So even though the eaves are only on the front of the house, he told me I needed them on the back as well. Since then I've seen icicles both in the back and the front as the weather changes from warm to cold and back to warm this year. Now I'm wondering if I made the right decision after all.

Cost being the main factor about recommending to others. For me it solved a water in the basement issue that was immediate.

Caveat Emptor let the buyer beware. Too eager to sell, too eager to complete, not to eager to solve issues!

Great product, but had to have them come back 3x to address sagging gutters which weren't flowing to the downspouts. They came back promptly each time I called, but each time only fixed one issue rather than checking to be sure everything was OK. However, the gutters work wonderfully now and are easy to keep clean through filters at eye level in the downspouts. I'm glad I paid extra for Leafguard.

The installation is great, but while they were installed the gutters, they had to stop because they figured the fascia needed to be fixed and then they removed a piece of fascia and left another piece of fascia dangerously hanging from the edge of the house. They do not have contacts to anyone who could do the job, not even third-party contractors, so they just left my gutters unfinished and removed the existing fascia and left a piece of fascia hanging dangerously from the edge of the roof for 3 months, until I was able to find someone to fix the fascia, and then they came to finish the project. They should have contacts of fascia contractors handy so we could get that done faster.

They were very good about needing to change installation time based on other work being done on house.

For all the issues that have accompanied my Leaf Guard system (leaks, water behind the new gutter, incorrect pitching which is now going to require me to install a new downspout) all of which are still occurring even after 2 extra visits to try to correct the issues, DEFINATELY NOT worth the $12k price tag.

They totally botched the installation . . . took two different attempts and three days to correct it.

For the price the installation was extremely subpar. Only saving grace from 1 star is that the gutter does what it’s touted to do and works well where properly installed.

The salesman was very friendly and not only talked about the product but also just chit-chatted with us about many other topics. The product looks great though our gutter on the front of the house appears to be bent.

Personally, I had a lot of situations. They came out a total of 5 times to get the original job done. Initially, I was told everything would be taken care of. I knew I had a difficult situation, because I had a structure that made it difficult to get on top of the roof. I had to call my power company, and it took an additional 2 weeks. Furthermore, I had other power issues. After all that, they completed it, and they still had to come back twice. I didn't have any issues with the people. Everyone was courteous and profession. However, the whole process, overall, would have been nice if I did not have to keep calling.

We got them because we could do anything else. They are very expensive.

Price was a little more than I expected but over all im satisfied with the system

I would suggest this product but warn how expensive it is.

I am not likely to recommend LeafGuard of Northern New York to a friend. It is currently June 9th, and I'm still waiting for them to complete the job they started on the 18th of April. They damaged my garage and window. I'm still waiting for my check for the damages to my house. They damaged the light in the back of the house. I'm waiting for them to repair that as well. I'm trying to get corporate involved. LeafGaurd doesn't keep promises of dates. I took time off of work, and they didn't show up.

It has only been a few weeks, so I have still not had a chance to fully evaluate it. I am satisfied so far.

They did a great job and I was quite satisfied.

Too much ice accumulates on the guard. They do not call back. They do not follow up after the installations.

They work itself was good. The aftermath when they left, they left a lot of debris, broke Christmas ornaments and roof debris and parts of the roof were all on my house, they never picked that up. Nails and clamps were on the driveway and on the side of the house also, i had to pick all of that up. So i am disappointed in the aftermath of the project but the job was done good. Well i did talk to a guy named Ryan and i told him also that when they tried to take the old gutter off in a corner, it cracked part of my siding and their is a hole in the siding.

They were responsive, and they were quick to get the job done. They did the job professionally.

I believe that the product is a good product however I believe that I was grossly overcharged and was rushed & pressured to make a decision.

The way they do their pricing, I do not like it.

After one year, there are numerous failures with regard to how the gutters were installed. The product is also extremely expensive.

I am pleased with the product - had an installation issue with leaks in the front entry which took several visits to fix, but someone always responded till the issue was resolved. No further issues and product works as advertised.

The first time gutters were installed every thing went well the second time there was a problem of the downspout being bent in one place and it is too low and can not fit the cement run off under it. I still would recommend it to friends because I like it better than other options.

I am waiting on them to come out and look at an issue fix an issue. I have not seen it in action with a lot of leaves yet.

I am so satisfied I feel like I have no worries about my gutters and debris especially leaves
