The gutters are very nice, and they seem to work with the little rain we had this spring. But they are overpriced.
The whole team were extremely professional.
Very expensive but will have to wait for the rainy season to test the effectiveness.
The Leafguard salesman was very efficient and friendly. However, when the workers came out, they were not efficient. The workers did not follow measurements, made holes where holes were not needed, and I was less than satisfied with their work. They finally came back a second time in regard to my down spout after I called them three times.
It's a nice product and we had been searching for something like this for some time. The high pressure sales pitch is very off putting. As seniors we know what we want when we see it and want to get to the bottom line and get annoyed to waste our time with a boring presentation that seemed endless and didn't help us in comparing companies products (we already had a major brand compared product on our home).
Salesman was adamant that condition of fascia would require replacement of portions and included costs associated with that. The installation crew was adamant that the condition of the fascia was not in need of any repair. Who’s right? Was this senior citizen taken advantage of in terms of final quote vs. actual final cost? I.E., did I pay more than I should have due to misleading information at the front end?
I have installed Leafguard on three homes now. They have a great product and I've had excellent customer service each time.
The salesperson was so knowledgeable and explained everything so well. That is what sold me on buying the product.
Leafguard did a good job. When we had issues, they came right back and fixed them. They did good.
Overall, we are very happy with the gutters. Our only complaint (and it’s a small one) is that they are extremely loud possibly due to the wide downspout. The good news is that now we know the gutters are working!
Some of the system does not seem to be operating completely as advertised. Some of the water is dripping from between the gutter and the wrap! It is also flowing beyond the gutter opening and falling to the ground. I was told that was only due to the initial waxiness and would be self correcting. IT HAS NOT ! (Also, the marketing did not disclose how Loud the gutters are with the water that actually flows down them. The sound seems to be mostly in the short curvature section. If only those sections were coated internally I believe there would be a significant noise reduction. Minor fix, big improvement, increased customer satisfaction. I don't need to know it's raining by sound from all four corners inside the house!)
The crew did what we paid for so I recommend them.
Great customer service from beginning to end. Great people, friendly, professional.
It all went well.
They explained everything in detail that they would be doing, so I understood completely. They did a great job, and it was nice to work with them.
The quality of the gutter is amazing, with no seems except at corners.
Product has worked very close to what has been advertised
I have already referred Leafguard to a friend.
I was satisfied with the work, the quality of the product, and the cleanup they did afterwards. We have had quite a few downpours, and I have not had any problems with them at all. I am very happy with them.
Great gutters, great crew. This is the second house I’ve put them on and I think they’re the best.
I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the purchasing and installation. Zero complaints!
A good experience from contract to installation.
Everyone was great, especially sales
I have already recommended Leafguard.
As of now, the gutters seem to be working well so I would recommend the system.
