I had leafguard gutters put on my hose in chesterfield va years ago, when I moved to Deltaville va the house did not have any gutters on it. That was the first improvement I made was to get me some leafguard gutters put on it. I event had them put on the front of my garage. After a few years I built another garage and had leafguard of Richmond install there gutters on the new building and also on the back of the original garage. They're great.

I was supposed to get a Lowe’s gift card regardless if I signed up to get the gutters or not ,I purchased the gutters, only to find out later that I was misled about the gift card that I never got.I feel this is a bad business practice to do customers like this. I won’t be reffing leaf guard to anyone else.

A hose that takes the water away from the house detached from one of the downspouts. After days of rain a large hole approximately 24"D & 24"W had developed. After calling about the problem it took about 2 weeks before anyone could fix the problem. The men did reattach the hose to the downspout and told the owner the other downspouts & hoses had been checked and were OK. Although asked to fill the hole, the men said they didn't do that and left. A service call was placed regarding filling the hole and we were told our call would be returned within 24 hours. Still waiting long after 24 hours.

Sales, installation and the product itself are excellent. It is also expensive which is why I gave a “9” on this one.

I previously had one section of leafguard gutter installed by a subsidiary company. Leafguard gutters sell themselves so I had no worries about them coming to finish the rest of the gutters.

Every aspect was handled very professionally. We are very happy with the results.

I would give Leafguard of Richmond a 5 out of 5 rating all the way through except for the price. We had Leafguard installed on our entire house a year prior to this. We had gutters installed on our entire house for the same cost as 16 feet of repairs from the windstorm damage. The price doubled in about 18 months. The price is why I cannot give this a 5 out of 5 rating. If we did not already have Leafguard on the house, we would have gone back to traditional because of the pricing. The workers are fabulous. There were no problems at all with them.

I told the sales guy that I knew the product, but he made me listen anyway. I also never got a written, itemized quote. Not only that, but I had to call later to get that. The price was exorbitant.

All aspects were as expected and staff was very professional.

The filter works pretty well and seems efficient.

The system is wonderful, the clean out is easy to preform, have had to do this once do to a Pin Oak in our front yard. We have had several heavy rains since installed and the water has stayed away from the house.

I like the lifetime warranty and your willingness to clean if I have issues.
