Areas For Improvement - It didn't. I had LeafGuard gutters installed 19 years ago and they were the marvel of my neighborhood. I loved them. A tree limb fell on my gutters and smashed them, hence the replacement this summer. I didn't hesitate to call LeafGuard for the replacements. I would not have gone with any other gutter, including the ones my very trusted roofer installs.

Leaf Guard of Southern CT and especially Richard Anderson are true professionals as they installed our system on the agreed date, and so-far the Leaf Guard System seems to be working well and as it was represented. The installation crew came on time and finished up in one day leaving our property clean. The only thing that I was disappointed in is the high charges that Leaf Guard charged to replace the back board in one section of our home that was supposedly rotted. When we placed the order and Richard Anderson, who IS a true professional with years of experience did NOT see any areas that he believed were rotten....my wife and I even teased him saying just wait until they come and they will most surely find some problem area in order to make up for your over priced system.

Friendly, professional, and great working and effective product! Not the case with previous vendor. Customer Service very responsive to customer calls.
