They are very good overall, and we will use them again.

Project Manager, Alan, was absolutely the best to work with. He made himself accessible by phone and email; he was always prompt in return calls, texts or emails. He was fair when negotiating extra work or credits for work eliminated from the scope of work. He was always professional: knowledgeable, informative, punctual when meeting. He was also interesting conversation and has a good sense of humor. Alan was a pleasure to work with; he represents Legacy well.

It was communication within the structure of the company.

I don't feel like the communication is the best there and the follow through on communicating the project. The communication piece needs to be better. They need to do better with communicating with their customers.

Legacy Remodeling was fair and professional. I am extremely pleased with the work. I designed and built my own house but could not come up with the time to re-side the nine dormers when it came time to do this. We had one little issue when the work was started and this was fixed the next day. I believe our dormer residing project was someone unique and difficult because of the 12:12 pitch and the concrete tile roof but the workers were very quick to come up with ways to do the job well and efficiently. It is difficult to let others work on something that I have put so much time into but I will consider using Legacy again and will highly recommend them because of the fantastic work.

They showed up and got the job done. With other contractors it's like pulling teeth to finish the job. They are the best contractor I have ever worked with. I am a multi home owner and a small business owner and I deal with a lot of contractors. They were on time and on budget.

They stuck to their schedule and kept us updated on the progress of getting us scheduled. They provided a good work crew and we are very happy with them.

It was getting the work done that was bad, the job itself was great.

I am very pleased with the quality of the windows I selected. The quality of the work done by Greg Rufel was outstanding. I was very happy they were selected for my job. I am not satisfied however with the quality ofd the caulking around two of my second floor windows. The other windows were caulked beautifully, but these two were not. There area areas where there is no caulk seal at all. I called Greg and he said he would stop back when he was in the area. He has not come yet. I would like Greg or someone else to return to look at these windows and make the necessary corrections. I would be 100% satisfied after that.

Our original install date got postponed so we were very disappointed . However 3 days later they called to come and install our 9 windows and a sliding door w blinds built in . They were truly wonderful !! Could not be happier ! Great crew and true craftsmen at their job !! I went up to the attic later that night to see two of the Windows and passed out was taken to the hospital . No reason as why but our salesman stopped the next day to check the job out,when he found out I was in the hospital he made a trip to see me on his way home ..out of his way !! Such a blessing to have met them all and would highly recommend them to everyone ! When we get a new front door it will definitely be from you !! Thank you all so much !

I feel that they were very efficient when they were putting in the window. I could not believe how fast the project was done. This was a large window that they had to replace.

Overall the experience with Legacy Remodeling was great. The interactions with the salesman went well and the installer crew was great. The primary reason I chose Legacy is that they are the only installer of Sunrise Restorations windows in the Pittsburgh area but they nevertheless did a great job with the installation.

Our roof was leaking from the hard rain over a couple weeks and Legacy quickly met with me to access the work needed and complete the job immediately. We were very pleased again with the work they completed and already thinking about the next project.

Everything went smoothly. They came when they were supposed to, worked hard and did a very good job. They cleaned up very well and were done in just one day.

Legacy and their staff made the whole experience and installation very easy and professional. I would definitely refer them to anyone who would need remodeling.

Although our's was not a big project, I felt we were treated as a valued customer. The worker's did an excellent job and there was no mess to clean up afterward.Antoine called after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied with the work. It shows your compnay cares about their customers.

Recognized Excellence - Rich and Mike, THE two man crew.I want the owner of the company to know that I just bought this house one year ago. My house [ my life ] of 16 years was burnt to the ground one and a half years ago. One day my 13 year old son and I were leaving to go trout fishing, Rich ask "only one pole" and I had to explain that we are still rebuilding. The next day Rich gave my son a new rod and reel because "you can't fish with only one rod". Areas Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with all of the sales person's instructions and helpful recommendations of things we need to have done before the windows were put in. I like that you guys were willing to do a small number of windows versus some companies who wanted us to do all the windows.

The towel bar has already come off the wall which I am really not happy with.

PROFESSIONAL is what I can share about Legacy. I am NOT a person that's indecisive about anything that I need. I searched around and was satisfied with Legacy's background. I went to the Box Stores and they have outside installer, inside sales people and many different products/Co. BUT I needed someone under one umbrella, that kept communication with one another, start to finish. Mr. Frazer from Legacy came to my home, fabrication to installation it was all scheduled, done and gone. Couldn't have asked for a more complete satisfaction from one company then the Legacy Inc!! I will add one more EXCILLENT, THUMBS-UP workmanship to their Installer. (I forgot his name) He even went beyond installing my door but showed/shared while insulating my new door, he noticed the builders didn't insulate my deco frame around the outside so he took the time to make sure he did that as well so moisture wouldn't enter. Who does that...someone who is proud of their reputation and workmanship, that's who!

It all goes back to Antoine. He really was one of the deciding factors in us going with Legacy.

We are very pleased with our siding project, and love the Hardie board siding now on our house.

Kurt was great about showing us our options, and the crew that came out was highly professional and did wonderful work.
