The entire process was incredibly smooth and required minimal effort on my part. The crews were efficient, completing the work quickly and leaving everything spotless afterward. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them!

I recently had some restoration work done by Legacy Restoration. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They guided us through the insurance claim process, which was a huge help. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Legacy came on time,

I appreciate that they caught the damage before it was too late to turn into insurance. Communcation was pretty good. But they seemed to try and tack on additional things whenever they could the initial quote was around 22K and the total ended up around 30k quite a difference. They also allowed gutters to be hung before facia claiming it would work without any issue which was not true, and ordered the wrong facia asking me later to pay the difference between 6- and 8-inch facia ultimately they cut the 8 inch down to around 5 inches so they could put it up while gutters were up. I don't think I would have ever known if I didn't have cameras. I would find it hard to recommend them due to some of those issues.

It took 5 months to get the new roof. No communication. It was like I got lost in the system.

All the employees that I worked with were honest, reliable, and hard-working.

They did a good job. They did a good job on time. They resolved any issues that came about. They came back to do downspouts and gutters, besides roof repair. They also resolved any issues we had with the attachment on gutters. Everybody was really friendly. They worked with insurance.

I have been recommending them so yes, I would recommend them.

It was a nightmare.

They started on time, completed ahead of schedule, quality work, I changed scope of work a little they accomplished for me. They discussed processes with me as they progressed and were very attentive to make sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the project. House looks new again.

We had at least 3 different main contact people throughout the time we worked with Legacy. Led to some frustration and not knowing who to talk to. There were a couple times I reached out to them because we hadn't heard anything for a while and we didn't know what was going on. They also appeared to have a communication issue with the people they worked with for the gutters, because we didn't hear anything for quite a while then all of a sudden a crew showed up to work on our gutters (without our knowledge, or Legacy's knowledge for that matter). Needless to say, I wasn't too impressed. The sales guy we worked with the most would respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, but the experience as a whole was less than ideal, and took way longer then I would have anticipated (case opened in May, wasn't closed until Dec). They were for sure quick to write me off once their bill was paid, however (which was finalized by yet another person I had never heard of throughout our time with them).

After multiple attempts to ensure the safety of my family, there were still piles of debris scattered throughout my property including over 100 nails.

Very pleased with Legacy's assistance for getting my claim approved. The first adjuster stated there was no damage. Legacy came out and meant with my insurance's adjuster and was validated for a new roof and gutters. From start to finish their team was very professional, answered all my questions, sent quality crews to do the work. There were many roofs replaced in my neighborhood due to hail and Legacy's crew were respectful, clean, thorough and outstanding. My roof was to be replaced on record high temperature days and Legacy reschedule for the safety of their crews. Others in my neighborhood did not and you could see the misery and inferior work by those having to work in extreme heat. This meant a lot to me as I feel hardworking construction workers deserve to be treated with respect and care. Again, from start to finish Legacy was excellent and I am so happy I choose them in this claim.

I've referred Legacy Restoration to several people.

They did quality work and were willing to work through the challenges. When we had a problem with their initial person of contact, a new representative, Joe, was assigned to our project, and was great to work with.

The salespeople were great, but there were a lot of problems with getting the roof on my house.

Very professional, explained the whole process, were on time, cleaned up afterwards. This was for a new roof and siding.

Legacy was great to work with.

The sub contractor that did the work was very unprofessional. They damaged our siding and needed to continually contact Legacy Restoration to get any remedy.

Their service follow-up was very slow.

Legacy Restoration took the time to listen and fix everything that needed to be fixed on my house. I appreciated them.

They got the job done sooner than we thought. They did a great job.

The roof replacement went fine. They also were to replace my siding and when they found out there was a color match and the southside which is the only side that sustained damage was to be replaced they pulled out of the job and left me with missing siding piece and unfinished work.

With what I went through to get this project completed, I’m not sure I would recommend Legacy. The project was completed and in the end everything is great. But having three different representatives, a lack of communication and paperwork that was incorrect … was not painless or easy to deal with.

Legacy completely misrepresented what they were willing to do, leaving me with a project only half completed despite costing me my entire deductible. Had Legacy been honest up front I would have chosen another contractor who was willing to do all the repairs to my home & not just the roof & gutters. Unfortunately, they were not trustworthy.

I am likely to recommend Legacy Restoration to a friend because they did a good job.

I would definitely recommend Legacy to anyone. They were transparent, efficient, and I had zero worries through the whole process. A huge plus was there involvement with my insurance company. They went direct, including the initial inspection. It was the easiest process and the final product was absolutely beautiful!

I felt Legacy Restoration did a good job on my roof, as far as I know. I did feel like they weren't the best at communicating.

There are still a lot of nails in the yard, and the crew didn't put back the gutter support, so I had to get back on the roof to fix the gutters.

They had a few issues that are still unresolved.

They did great.

The crew is on time. Very knowledgeable and very friendly and the cleanup was immaculate.

From start to finish it was a very easy process.

Multiple nails found in driveway, yard, and garage floor. Gutters bent from ladders. This was finally rectified

I doubt you will find a better company to work with. From beginning to end they worked with my insurance company, honored every request, answered every question with professionalism and honesty. The work was completed fast and with care. I would give the company my unqualified recommendation.

Legacy and their personnel arrived on the scene after a hailstorm hit my neighborhood. They guided me through the claim filing process and provided great comfort as I could easily see they were very experienced.

Felt they did a good job on the gutters but the gutters not so much.

In the end, I have a new roof. However, after the experience, I would have passed on the sales guy that was traveling door to door following a large storm. Shame on me, it won’t happen again.

They work really quickly and efficiently.
