Salesman lied repeatedly about start date and gave constant bullshit excuses. Delay of 3 months from promised date cost us time and money. Only when we contacted a lawyer did they schedule.

I like how they took care of everything. I didn't have to fight with the insurance company because they took care of that also.

Working with the project manager, Kevin, made the process extremely smooth and streamlined from beginning to end.

Justin has always communicated with me on very timely basis. The work is recognizably high quality, completed by productive and conscientious professional crews. They got things done right, in just a short amount of time!

Our roof is high, and we have not been up there to inspect the work that was done. However, we trust Legacy Restoration to take care of their customers. The city came to complete inspections, and we expect the work to be done decently on the roof.

I picked a blue color that was from Mastic Siding, turned out to be JUNK! It rippled on all sides of our house. Legacy turned it in as an insurance claim on their part, the second time being put on my house the Mastic product did the same exact thing. Mastic put up a fight, wanting to put the same junk on my house for the third time but Legacy Restoration fought for us!!! Legacy went way above and beyond and got LP Smart Siding for our home. It's AMAZING!!

Completely incompetent management of the project.

Multiple problems needed to be corrected after roof was installed in early June, repairs were finally completed (I think) on Nov 15. Also had new gutters installed, had them out to adjust due to standing water in gutters twice, never noticed any of the installers using a level to make sure there was enough fall for the gutters to drain. The whole process seemed very un-organized. If I ever need another new roof I will go with a small local contractor.

The siding team did a nice job with the work. The roof.. not so much.

They had poor customer service.

Everyone I had contact with were very friendly, courteous going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the process, the experience, the planning, outcome and results. They were truly easy to work with and professional.

They did the work on a timely basis and professionally. We had one little hiccup with the shingles not laying down flat, but they sent someone out and resolved it.

We weren’t home when project was done. Two weeks later upon coming into driveway OUR cord was left laying across driveway, entering house no electricity. Outlet on back of house was used which broke the circuit breaker to freezer in basement.
Debris had fallen into stove exhaust. We weren’t aware until a few weeks later our microwave wasn’t working.
Lots of nails left laying noticeably on deck, they came to go around house cleaning up but couple dozen left that we needed to pry out between boards.
All fixed great.

The installer's boss came and left after just a bit. One of the workers left after that, ran up time, and bought some beer. When he came back, he took one up on the roof with him and was drinking it on the job. When I told them, the company told me they were just drinking water. I know what a bottle of Corona looks like compared to water. We even have pictures that we sent the company, and they still didn't believe us. We didn't appreciate that.

The actual work and the guys that did the work did a great job! The ones that managed the project did follow through and communicate.

I was disappointed. They did not repair my house. They were very terrible.

It was a very positive experience with excellent communication.
