My experience with Legacy Restoration was very disorganized. They came to the door wanting to gain business and do an evaluation. Shortly later, I had another storm come through that resulted in additional damage. Luckily they did come out when they did as I didn't have to pay multiple deductions. I did not feel that they should be going around getting more business.

If I hadn't paid close attention to the job your guys did then my roof would have really been messed up. The only thing I can say is that most jobs like this need close watching no matter who you get to do them. Not your house so who cares seems to be the way things are done these days.

The sales staff and crew was very professional. I had my roof done. They were in and out in 1 day. My neighbor had their roof done by another company. They were blaring music and left trash. Legacy Restoration was professional from start to finish.

They had great follow up to be sure I was aware of what was going to be happening. The office called several times to be sure I was satisfied with the work as well

I did not like their work. The field guy who set things up put on the wrong gutters, so they had to come back out again. Then, I had to put on new gutters because the field guy messed up. I had a leaf guard, and the field guy put on regular gutters, which I did not like. The field guy had to pay for it because it was his fault.

Janet and I would recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone who has roofing, etc., problems. We left the sign in our front yard for many weeks following the completion of our roof.

Everything about the work was good except the workers TOTAL disregard for our plants, even after I talked to the supervisor twice about it!!!!! And I never did get an explanation why 2 different skylights were installed. Who oversees the work?

Their sign said they did everything, but when it came to sitting down, they didn't do the work on our siding, or the windows. We were expecting them to do all that, but when signing the contract, they said it was not included.

Legacy Restorations worked with both myself and my home insurance to make it as worry free as possible to get a new roof on my home after it was damaged in a hail storm last summer. I am very happy with how it turned out.

They come to your door, quote one price and then quote another much higher price and I will never do business with them again.
