They did a great job. They were easy to work with; they worked with my insurance and got the job done quickly

Everything about the work was good except the workers TOTAL disregard for our plants, even after I talked to the supervisor twice about it!!!!! And I never did get an explanation why 2 different skylights were installed. Who oversees the work?

Their sign said they did everything, but when it came to sitting down, they didn't do the work on our siding, or the windows. We were expecting them to do all that, but when signing the contract, they said it was not included.

Legacy Restorations worked with both myself and my home insurance to make it as worry free as possible to get a new roof on my home after it was damaged in a hail storm last summer. I am very happy with how it turned out.

Their customer service is horrible.

They come to your door, quote one price and then quote another much higher price and I will never do business with them again.

The process was too long. The employees caused a long delay.

They provided great service.

We were to get our gutters and leaf guards 2 weeks after the roof. No one called or showed up and we had to call them about the gutters. It was a month or more after the roof was completed. As they were packing up I asked if they put the leaf guards on. He said no we weren’t getting any. So he called and said oh you’re right so they had to come and put them on later. Rob promised to be back the next day and use his metal detector and pick up any remaining nails etc. he never came. We’ve been finding nail and metal from gutters just the other day.

I have no comment at this time.

I will definitely recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone I know who is in need of a new roof. I have told several people of my satisfaction with LR already, they just aren't looking for that work right now.

Everything was great until the end when there was an issue with the gutter and my husbands grill cover, andI had to keep contacting them over and over about the problems.

We didn't even realize we had some damage from a storm. Normally we shoo away salesmen that come to the door, but Matt was so sincere something made us say okay to a brief inspection. He wasn't on the roof very long and we thought, is it that bad or is this a scam? He found a hole in the roof and immediately had someone come out the next day to fix the hole temporarily, regardless of whether we chose Legacy to redo our roof. Now that's customer service! My wife and I have been very impressed with the whole process and would recommend Legacy to anyone.
