Legit Roofing was very professional. They worked with me while had my solar panels uninstalled, and then scheduled it as soon as possible afterward. There were some issues with the solar, and Legit Roofing was very flexible scheduling the work when the panels were removed.

Scheduling was done quickly to deal with a leak and the crew was on time and worked hard. Any change orders were relayed to me as well as shown to me before anything else was done which did save me a bunch as they did not have to replace all the plywood like they thought at first, some places would have just replaced it all when it wasn't needed. The only thing I am waiting on is for them to come out and look at a few places where the drip edge is bowing up and raising the shingles on the end with it.

The roof shingle and underlay plywood were removed and replaced in 3 1/2 days during freezing weather and predicted snowstorm. Material provided and quality of the labor were above satisfactory.

They did damage to my house. There were too many red flags. I wouldn't recommend or use them again.

I paid for a roofing expert to inspect the roof before I signed off on the work. He had a very positive review of the workmanship and the materials used by Legit Exteriors.

Office hard to communicate with. I only saw the foreman or project manager two times, his position was a 0 for me.

I am not very knowledgeable, but would I not recommend them to a friend. The experience I had wasn't great. As far as the roof, it is pretty good, but the experience was not so great.

I did. My neighbor contracted with Legit for their roof. When he said I had made the referral he asked if they would give me kickback and they very bluntly said "No -- it doesn't qualify"

Legit was a great choice, they delivered great value and a reasonable cost. As with any project, there had to be adjustments and while these sometimes weren’t communicated as clearly as possible, Legit took care of our project and I had a great experience.

The employees and owner of Legit Exteriors kept me informed all the way and answered any and all of my questions.

The 3-star was given because there was still some debris left lying around. I found nails in the grass, and on the side of the home.

They ran into some unforeseen problems with a bad installation on our windows done by another company previously. They did a great job in fixing the problem where the other contractor had done a very bad job.

Work was completed on schedule, looks great, does what a roof should do.
