Very satisfied with the job they did in our new roof. Putting a nice seal. Very prompt and professional on the job done. The overall process of installation was very professional & smooth. The roof inspector from City did inspection at various days and had not complaints or thought about as work was done properly and above the standard. Dylan and Harry and their team did a good job. We appreciated.

Overall a disappointing experience that fell well short of expectations created during the "consulting" phase.

Everything was as it should have been. The entire process was explained clearly, options were outlined, and the entire project was done exactly as they explained and within the time line they had projected.

Wascable to work with me on what I wanted to keep and what we wanted to install. We have old twirly attic vents that I wanted to keep and they had no issue keeping them.

They were quite good. The workers were professional and fast.

It was a terrible experience we have to call them instead of us being called what is the update regarding renovation.

The communication could have been better streamlined. I believe I was overcharged.

Professional work done and they fit me into their busy schedule. Dylan was passionate in going over every aspect of the work done and took many pictures for me to see. Answered all my call immediately. Enjoyed working with him and the crew even if I had to wait some days to do certain tasks.

I live in an area with heavy fog and drizzle. I told them a tarp must be put on when the roof is removed. It rained, no tarp and the rain came in the house. The reaso I called the roofing company was to have the chimney box checked for damage because a piece of the siding had come off. I was told scaffolding would be put up, the box examined for rotting and the siding fixed. The day the roof was done I noticed that the siding was back on. The chimney is three stories off the ground. After the water problem I asked to have a piece of the plywood on the roof over the cathedral ceiling be lifted to shack the area between the plywood and the top of the cathedral ceiling be checked for water damage. I was not informed about the findings before or after the roof was applied. Appointments were not made before people showed up.

Make sure that they do not leave your roof unprotected overnight which was the main issue I have with them specially when there was a heavy drizzle that night,even if unforeseen, which caused damage to my ceilings.

I selected Lifetime Roofing & Renovation to replace a 30-year-old roof on my nearly 100-year-old Cape Cod style home this past July. This presented some extra challenges because of the multiple dormer windows, and the steeply pitched roof. Lifetime gave me a very competitive quote, and were able to start the project immediately. Project manager Dylan was very good at communicating with me throughout the project, and the attention to detail was very good. All of the site management was very good, with careful attention when cleaning up debris like old nails and staples and other items resulting from the project. I cannot comment about warranty response, because I have not had to use it and it's unlikely that I ever will need to.

Lifetime Roofing and Renovations responded quickly to my request for an inspection and quote and were able to complete what turned out to be a difficult re-roofing job in a very short time and were able to find ways to lower the cost.

I understand was some issues with the heavy rain we had here in CA for the delay on installing my roof (4 months) I don't feel full confidence that the roof it won't leak unfortunately had to wait until start raining again, hope is not leak don't want to know about their response.Thanks,

I believe lifetime roofing and renovation did a great job and were honest with quotes. Even though there was a change in the price they explained why. They made the work effortless and quick.

I'm adding to the report that Lifetime Roofing & Renovation still hasn't fixed the leak, is harassing me and my tenant and has filed an ILLEGAL lien as the work was not completed.

April 19th to June 4th Roof Still Leaks, Not Fixed or Repaired.

Hired Lifetime Roofing and Renovation to fix a minor leak.
Asked Brad to revise the project timeframe, 1 month for a minor leak?
May 1, Day of install, no show and no notice (roughly two weeks waited to get on the schedule)
Had to send Project Manager Levon several texts to get a new install date.
Asked for photos before and after
May 5, installed white shingles on a black room
Called Project Manager Levon and he claimed shingles aren't going to match exactly as the old ones fade so would not fix.
I had to call the corporate office several times and send photos and Nick finally called me back and said we will give you $100 off and I said no.
Nick said yes, this is bad and they would come and install black shingles and give me a $100 off as he didn't see the photos.
May 22 installs the black shingles without scheduling so the tenants were disturbed as they work at home

Hello Laura, it’s Will stonebridge. Wanted to let you know that the hole in the ceiling started leaking again at 2am last night. I put a towel under where the leak was. Hopefully the repair guy can fix that today.


Since May 23rd texted and called the project manager, Levon every 2-3 days to fix the leak
Finally, I called the corporate office 4 times and I was told Debra, the supervisor would call me back. No call back.
Nick called back and told me it must be another leak and I need to pay for the entire roof to be fixed. I showed him photos of the same leak.
Still no call back from the corporate office
June 4th, Greg, who said he is the San Jose Company owner and flew down just for this meeting, came to the home. (Not the owner/did not fly down for SJ, looked it up). He didn't confirm the meeting until June 4th at noon so he didn't fly down for the meeting.
Greg met with me the home owner and tenants Will and Austin (engineers). We showed him the leak and the open seams under the valley flashing that is directing water from two roofs to the seams.
Greg didn't believe my tenant so we did a water test to cause more damage.
Same leak as before the repairs were determined.
Greg left and said he would not fix it.

Greg called me a liar, incompetent, unpleasant and I shouldn't have any relationships. Great customer service.

And Danny K, the owner, stayed silent.

June 6, 2023 2:29 PM, Greg via the phone refused to finish the job and fix the leak. Greg wants me to sign a release that I post a good review and waive the efforts to finish the job. No thank you.

Greg, supposedly owner of the company, threatened to place a lien on my home. Illegal if he didn't finish the job.

Damages: loss of rental income, potential loss of rental income, more time and money to get the MINOR leak fixed.

And spoke to Nick, 714-701-9191 he is going to harass my tenant. I told him we will call the cops. Called me a "fuc*ing moran, stupid, suck my d0ck, c0ck sucker, bitch". He hung up when I didn't speak and proceeded to call back a bunch of times to harass.


The roof still leaks. They want me to pay for a roof that still leaks and give them a positive review.

I want the leak to be repaired per contract.

Please resolve and I'll remove the reviews and claim against your contractor's license.
