Great windows. Workers were careful and courteous.

The windows were supposed to be tinted, but I do not believe they are. The patio door screen has a big scratch. I asked them to replace it, and they told me they would take a picture and contact me. No one has contacted me. This survey is the first contact I've had in regards to Lifetime Windows & Doors since the $3,500 purchase.

I have recommend them to several friends when asked.

We never received our warranty and the quality of the sliding glass door is weak.

The installation team were on time, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely great job!

What can I say we had another local company come in at about 20% lower but we really liked how much time our sales rep. (Mark) spent with us sharing the pro's and con's.of the different materials available. We came to the conclusion that the material that Lifetime Windows & Doors use for the frames was well worth the extra 20%.

Love the windows, still waiting on the “buttons” to be installed. Seems installers put in wrong screws so the covers cannot be put on correctly supposed to come out and put correct ones in and then cover them, heard nothing in 3 weeks.

Absolutely love my new windows. Installers were professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Did an excellent job, especially considering the original work order from the salesman was a brick installation and it was actually siding.

From the appointment for an estimate to the completion of the installation Lifetime did what they said when they said. The salesman, installers, and stucco repairman were all friendly, professional and informative.

They have a good quality product and installed it very well.

The quality of the doors that we had installed, is great. There are just some adjustments that need to be made to them. The doors and screen sticks, we cannot even lock the door and there is a strip under the door that needs to be fixed. I want to love my doors, but right now I do not.

I would recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors but not Marvin Windows. It is hard to recommend them when they go hand in hand.

Great experience from the initial sales experience (including education of me as the customer who knew little about windows) through the installation planning and the installation itself. With the combination of the Marvin windows and the Lifetime team, my home has had a beautiful makeover. I only wish I had more windows to replace!

They don't keep their promise and don't follow up.

Like I said everything was good except we are still waiting on a few parts and one window to be repaired, once that gets accomplished we are very satisfied.

I was most satisfied with the fact that their staff was willing to work around the crazy schedule my wife and I had at the time. She was working on her internship for her master's degree, and I work nights. It took a while to get things scheduled, but they were totally willing to work around the insanity we had going on then. Mary O'Neill was my primary point of contact for scheduling. She was completely understanding with everything we had going on at the time, and was more than willing to help out in any way she could. She was absolutely great to work with.
