Sales person was receptive to our needs, however he is no longer with the company
Window project manager said we bought cheap windows and that lifetime will not do any warranty on the windows. We were charged for 2 dumpsters they only used 1 we were told no refund. There were more issues too many to list here.
Windows need to be adjusted. The lifetime representative said it was good enough as it is. There is play when the Windows are locked. The downspout diverters are not installed correctly. The gutter guy argued about a gutter I had to show pictures of what was on the house before they removed the old one.
Salesperson was great. Window Installers were great. Siding installation was great. Two project managers were great. Follow up after the jobs were complete not great.
We had an excellent experience with Lifetime, from sales to installation. Everyone was helpful, professional, and we are so pleased with the end result.
Lifetime Windows & Siding is very efficient.
Customer service was absolutely outstanding.
Lifetime Windows & Siding did fantastic work.
The siding is beautiful. It looks like a brand-new house! It exceeded our expectations.
Lifetime Windows & Siding provides excellent quality and communication. The timeliness of the installation was great.
Lifetime Windows & Siding did excellent work.
I have already recommended Lifetime Windows & Siding to a neighbor. She came over and looked at it and bought from Lifetime Windows & Siding herself.
The installation crew for my project was excellent.
It was really convenient.
Overall we were very happy with our experience with Lifetime Windows.
The Marvin Infinity windows are good. The process with Lifetime started great, but then see below.
Lifetime
They are the worst company I have dealt with in my whole life. They don't answer the phone. They keep pesking you from one person to the next person. On the day of my appointment, he didn't show up, call, or anything. I had to call him. No call, No show.
There were many issues with the installation.
The product is exceptional, but the installation process was lacking in attention to details and quality of workmanship. The project management was also less than what I was expecting to get in return for choosing LIfetime.
The communication and follow up by the team is great.
Excellent customer service and installation. They left the house cleaner than when they got here.
Poor communication and confusion prior to installation.
Everything from the initial person who knocked on the door introducing us to the company, to the installer, to the supervisor, was a great experience.
They weren't as thorough this time in the follow-up. I am a little disappointed in that. When they came out to measure my door, they were supposed to put a wooden board below the door, but that didn't happen. I will have to do it myself. I'm a little disappointed with the follow-through and that they didn't follow up like they did the first time when they installed my doors and windows.
They used subcontractors that did not speak English. The project manager did an inadequate walkthrough. They damaged portions of our siding that had to be repaired. They were not proactively repaired. We had to call and ask for them to be repaired.
Windows are excellent quality. The promotions with the generous discount and the interest free financing make the purchase easier.
It took almost one year and multiple visits and multiple technicians to install the new patio door screen doors. The screen door is still not installed properly. As the customer I constantly had to call Lifetime and remind of the outstanding items.
I felt that Lifetime did a rush job with people not properly trained. I still have a bathroom window frame which doesn't sit right, but I don't know who to talk to.
The product is great, but the communication among everyone was not very good.
We had quality issues from a rushed installation. Fixes were good, but not great.
I have used Lifetime windows several times. Our windows were in a class action suit and the previous owner took the money instead of getting new windows. There is like 42 windows in the house so we had to do little by little. All the sales people have been very helpful letting me know when there was a sale to help me purchase them.
Lifetime Windows & Siding did a great job. I love their product. They did a very nice job cleaning everything up when they were done. Their service is excellent.
I am very likely to recommend Lifetime Windows from my positive experience.
The installation went well. I have no complaints with the service at all. The windows are great. They do what they are supposed to do.
After I was done, I felt that I was overcharged for what they did. The windows are great, but the workmanship is kind of sloppy.
So I can’t seem to submit this unless I comment here.
We needed to replace the windows in our house. They were the original windows and our house was built in 1976. The new windows make a positive difference.
Everyone was delightful to work with from Haley the sales person, Ryan the job coordinator and Scott Johnson the contractor. The job went without any difficulties. The contractor, Scott was very conscientious.
It is difficult to reach people at Lifetime Windows and Siding when you have a question and you do not know which department to call.
Very professional and easy to get a hold of.
I did have a very good experience.
They couldn't do the windows, but they did part of the bathroom. The rest was beyond their scope.
Lifetime is very professional. They came with plumbing, masonry, and electrical experience.
If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose Lifetime Windows and Siding for my home. They make sure your project is done right.
After our 1st experience last summer, it was 5 stars. Everyone involved from proposal to installation to follow up was OUTSTANDING. Hasn't been quite the same with our recent patio door experience. That's a 1 star grade, so I guess the average is 3 stars. Explanations in upcoming questions.
My wife just wanted a new shower!
We were at the stock show and Lifetime Bath had a booth, so we checked them out and decided to let them put in a new shower. After no updates we called and they said we are waiting for product, then a few days later we got a call and they said we have and opening in two days. They finished the shower in two days and the shower looked great. About a week later the water wouldn’t drain so we called and through conversation decided to call a plumber. Well two plumbers later and still a clogged drain, Lifetime called their own plumber and they jackhammered the concrete and went under the shower and rerouted the drain to my main line.
So, after I sent pictures from the progress of the install showing the drain pipe open during installation and copy of the plumbing bill, I asked Lifetime what responsibility they were going to take, and after a week went by with no answer I decided to call and the answer I got was “no responsibility” we then called and talked with another manager and they decided to reimburse us $3000, which was far less than half of the plumbing bill along with the flooring that had to be replaced. Turned out to be a very bad and expensive experience.
We are not happy with the customer service. I guess the product is OK. We were hoping to muffle some noise and mentioned that to salesman. He never said it wouldn't muffle sound. It is no different than the windows we replaced (that were only 8 1/2 years old!). Then our check was lost. We had to stop payment and write a new check. We have not received a true "PAID" invoice for the product. The warranty paperwork that was e-mailed is generic and does not list our name, date , etc. It would be useless.
We had 2 sliding doors replaced. It was very expensive. We waited to get doors stained over a week after a couple of calls to project manager. Latch on one door is very difficult to lock unless you push on the back of door.
Very professional with there work.
