Ryan patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about the scope of work and quality of materials before I signed a contract. He started and ended the job as planned, and came the same time every day, so it was easy to plan around him. Debris was cleared at the end of the day. A missing gutter was added and others reset at no charge. He used a magnet to pick up stray nails when finished. Very reasonable price. The Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty and 10 yr Workmanship Guarantee arrived promptly. No more leaks, and a nice looking roof!
