The shower looks great. The floor is slipery & extremely hazardous with soap on surface. My 6 year old Great Granddaughter “slipped & fell on it.

I left a call with sales manager reference a gritty coating that will not violate warranty.

I’m still waiting for a reply!

Pricey. They lie to your face. But, the quality of the work and finished products are excellent, so far.

Long Home products sent professional, thorough, courteous, and efficient installers for our front and rear entries. They completed the work and returned for some small fine-tuning adjustments. We are pleased with our fine doors and our experience.

Definitely NOT!! Long story. Very shoddy work. Too many mistakes. Miscommunication. What was supposed to be a two-day work, turned out to be a long and frustrating 2 plus months. All I wanted was an estimate, NOT a "Hurry up and sign here so no one else can give you a better estimate-type deal!". That is conniving and deceiving. Very Spam/scam like. Very disappointing.

Went well at initial design but after that Seems like a lack of communication in the process throughout Wrong valve installed had to order more shelves made me feel like it was my fault

Professional, clean installation, crew cleans up everything.

They gave me rhe figures that i needed. Also they gave ne a date and were prompt and were here early on the date and finished in 1 day. Very considerate in being careful with my areas.

It is so nice and is a picture of beauty in a day!

No would not recommend we were told the house would be tarped to collect all roofing debris, got home from work and it looked like a bomb went off there was debris scattered everywhere, the house was left with smudge marks all over the siding from the old shingles, nails all over

You need to show the customer item by item at the time you are estimating the cost of the project

I would have appreciated if they told me that they were going to take down half of my shower bar and leave the other half connected. I was really unhappy.

They didn't deliver what they said they would. They said it would take two days and it took over two months.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. They did a job with a spirit of quality and excellence and when they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves and I did not have to clean up. That's a sign of excellence right there.

I liked everything. They showed up on time. They cleaned up. They handled everything with the inspector.

They put in 14 windows and they did it very professionally. They are good windows. They did it in one day and cleaned up afterwards.

The salespeople need to get the information right when presenting it to the customer. Communication was not good.

The crew at Mid-Atlantic: Baths was professional and quick. They were in and out fast and they cleaned up after themselves. It was overall a great crew.

The outcome was good but the process was terrible.

We have an issue with the doors. We called them a month ago. They have not responded yet.

It’s more safe for my family to take showers now

Everything would have been so much better if production Mgr wouldn't have been so eager to get the job done and on the books. There was no hurry as far as we were concerned, and would have happily waited for a dry, not dangerous day. Conditions caused unpleasant conditions for all, shorting us of an excellent job.

If I had to do it all again, I would choose Long. I am please with all aspects of their business. No hassle from the beginning to the end. Respect given and respect received. I am now a happy camper!

They were respectful of our home, they were clean, efficient, and the finished product came out just as we had hoped.

I really liked the gentlemen who came to the house to replace my windows. They were matter of fact, in/out, and done, all except what had to be left for the building inspector. However. That was 3 weeks ago. Building inspector has come and gone. No one has come or contacted me to finish the windows

Asked where we wanted the floor drain in our showed. Putting it in the middle is not ideal for us. It needed to be in the left side, closer to the curtain.

I didn't receive the shower head I asked for. The installers were in my home from 9a to 11p at night which was very inconvenient and unsettling as a woman being there alone. They pulled up my tile floor and didn't re-grout it when they put it back. Lastly they went through my wall on the other side of the shower so there us damaged drywall with a stud showing.

They did a wonderful job. I have no complaints. They were clean and awesome. I am very happy with the job. The one thing is the bar was a little low, not much, I thought I would hem the shower curtain but it is hard to do so.

I was very, very happy with the salesperson who came. He was very informative, not pushy, and just stayed with what I was looking for. He wasn't trying to push more things that weren't what I was actually looking for.

The price was right and the financing easy
