Demolition and installation went flawlessly. Thalia told us it would take 4 days due to building inspections and it took 4 days. The team (Katie, Gabby) were in constant contact with me on the inspection's that were needed.

Victor did a great job during the demolition and only removed what was needed (We did a tub to Shower). House was left clean when he was done!

Victor came back to do the installation with Miguel, and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!

I see some bad reviews BUT I did not observe anything like them during my project. I highly recommend Long Home Products.

It took someone a very long time to get back to me. The replacement windows were all scratched. I had them replaced 6 times and they finally got it right after I missed 6 days from work and had to use my vacation time for all 6 times they were at my house. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I'm not gonna recommend them only because I did not get what I paid for & still had to pay full price I'm talking to lawyers to see if I can take legal action to get some of my money back

I would not recommend Long Home Products. They ruined my gutter guards and improperly installed my roof. There are humps in my shingles from improper installation and caulking around the vents where they shouldn't be.

They were great. On time fast and good

Crew was fantastic with the install, their communication to me about what was happening step by step.

They gave me a time slot of 6 to 12 weeks showed up early 3 weeks. Made me happy.

Zero communication with customer, project manager would not return phone calls, had to take days off of work and no crew would show up or they would show up later in the day. Product is also extremely overpriced, would not recommend this company for anything.

Not too happy. Took too long. We have a vanity that has to be removed and put back straight. Not answering my calls.

When I called before the scheduled install date for the shower, no one called me back. Not one single person ever. They only thing they installed was the shower, the rest of the bathroom was up to me. The information the salesman gave me about compatible flooring was not technically possible according to their own shower installer and the gentleman that came in to install the flooring as well. They are way too expensive for what you get.

The fact that I paid alot of money and you negotiated to pay for my torn slider screen is upsetting. I have been in business for fifty years and have over 100 clients and would not recommend you because if your pettyness
