Great service, resonable prices for the quality of materials and work
I was very happy with the work done on the roof, but the thought the price as high. that was the only think i really didn't like
We were told you like to underpromise and overdeliver, but that message has not been shared with the whole team. We were disappointed that the install lasted until 7pm (although grateful that the team didn't leave until the job was done!), and that communication with our PM often resulted in him saying "yes" when he didn't actually know the answer. We would have preferred honest communication followed-up with later answers, rather than immediate but incorrect responses.
Ultimately, we're happy with the product we received, but for a company that prides itself on its customer service, there is still room for improvement.
Lots of drama with this project, delays, lack of effective communication, mistakes that cost time and money on my end to get them corrected and my house back to normal.

Very professional people I dealt with. Answered all questions and worked around my plans
They finished the project in two days except for a medicine cabinet. Everything was done and all was cleaned up.
Everyone was easy to deal with, easy to contact, quick to respond to calls and prompt to address issues.
Bathroom renovations were done within budget and within the timeframe projected.
That has not always been our experience with other contractors
From the very 1st day everyone on my team they explained everything from the beginning to the end. When I called them they always answered and talked like a human not a robot. They got me to trust them and it wasn’t hard they made it easy. The company cares about their co workers and they treat people like people not a number. In these times when things are so different it’s nice to see a company who cares about people, products and warranties. Anything wise you need to know just call me. Thank You!
The whole thing started out with the salesman . I could see through pictures that the toilet he was ordering which was the one I wanted would not fit. He kept telling me they could take care of that as he said he had me. Once the work was being done Beano the contractor ( the only positive of the ordeal). Said he couldn’t finish because he didn’t have enough flooring due to the measurements being off( measured by salesman). Also did not have handheld shower that I ordered. Next visit project manager came. Said toilet would not fit needed to get shorter toilet. I said unacceptable this what I wanted and was told I could have it. They came up with a plan that ultimately did not work. Also did not bring the handheld shower took over 2 hours to get the part as I had to wait around all day once again. This was supposed to be to be a one day install. Toilet still didn’t fit. 2 days later the project manager calls and starts the conversation with so the toilet fits. Which was a lie and told him that it did not. That I was still not happy. He informed me there was nothing else they could do for me. I said was not happy and would not sign off. He then made the comment he would have to turn over to legal. So instead of trying to work with me he quickly went to going to court over it. Which I would have happily done. I had the shower they couldn’t take that back, but instead I came up with a solution. It was something I had mentioned a few times to cut the shelf and put molding around the counter. I had said this before but no one listened. All of a sudden he says I’ll call you right back. When he called he said they would do that. He asked if that would make me happy. I said as long as the molding was a close match to my counter and it looked good then yes I would be happy. The work was done I was satisfied and signed off. As I have said I am happy with the work and the shower. I am not happy with the company or its employees that I dealt with.
Long Home installers damaged by home and when I contacted they, them said that they were not at fault and would not repair the hole on the outside of the home that was left when they removed the plumbing. It took several phone calls to get a response. I inturned contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Still no contact from Long Home.
They did a great job. Of course. I will highly recommend.
Communication was lacking
Took four months from order to installation!
The shower itself is wonderful, but the design of the entrance in and out of the shower is poor.
The shower looks great. The floor is slipery & extremely hazardous with soap on surface. My 6 year old Great Granddaughter “slipped & fell on it.
I left a call with sales manager reference a gritty coating that will not violate warranty.
I’m still waiting for a reply!

Pricey. They lie to your face. But, the quality of the work and finished products are excellent, so far.
Long Home products sent professional, thorough, courteous, and efficient installers for our front and rear entries. They completed the work and returned for some small fine-tuning adjustments. We are pleased with our fine doors and our experience.
Definitely NOT!! Long story. Very shoddy work. Too many mistakes. Miscommunication. What was supposed to be a two-day work, turned out to be a long and frustrating 2 plus months. All I wanted was an estimate, NOT a "Hurry up and sign here so no one else can give you a better estimate-type deal!". That is conniving and deceiving. Very Spam/scam like. Very disappointing.
