Almost perfect. A little messy around the tub and ceiling. I was not too happy with the faucet and the tub overflow cover. They didn’t match. Everything was as I picked out except above. Thank you for everything.

They worked quickly, and efficiently, and were clean.

My bathroom is not completed, and the work was done over a month ago. My bathroom is still not completed.

Demolition and installation went flawlessly. Thalia told us it would take 4 days due to building inspections and it took 4 days. The team (Katie, Gabby) were in constant contact with me on the inspection's that were needed.

Victor did a great job during the demolition and only removed what was needed (We did a tub to Shower). House was left clean when he was done!

Victor came back to do the installation with Miguel, and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!

I see some bad reviews BUT I did not observe anything like them during my project. I highly recommend Long Home Products.

It took someone a very long time to get back to me. The replacement windows were all scratched. I had them replaced 6 times and they finally got it right after I missed 6 days from work and had to use my vacation time for all 6 times they were at my house. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

We've been very pleased with all aspects of the roof replacement. Everything was done according to schedule, and everyone involved was pleasant to work with.

I would not recommend Long Home Products. They ruined my gutter guards and improperly installed my roof. There are humps in my shingles from improper installation and caulking around the vents where they shouldn't be.

Crew was fantastic with the install, their communication to me about what was happening step by step.

They gave me a time slot of 6 to 12 weeks showed up early 3 weeks. Made me happy.

Zero communication with customer, project manager would not return phone calls, had to take days off of work and no crew would show up or they would show up later in the day. Product is also extremely overpriced, would not recommend this company for anything.

When I called before the scheduled install date for the shower, no one called me back. Not one single person ever. They only thing they installed was the shower, the rest of the bathroom was up to me. The information the salesman gave me about compatible flooring was not technically possible according to their own shower installer and the gentleman that came in to install the flooring as well. They are way too expensive for what you get.

The fact that I paid alot of money and you negotiated to pay for my torn slider screen is upsetting. I have been in business for fifty years and have over 100 clients and would not recommend you because if your pettyness

I would not recommend Long Home Products to a friend. Long Home was pitched as very thorough and customer centric- all of which was not the experience I had. We were not able to effectively communicate with the installation crew which lead to installation issues and an overall product output that does not match the price tag of the project- additionally failed building inspection twice for very basic issue that should have been done correctly the first time . Many issues have occurred from the demo to the installation, and the job is still not completed (I did not sign the completion form) but the Long Home team processed as complete on their end anyways- incomplete wall that still needs to be fixed, tub was not installed straight, the faucet leaks when in the off position. We are not impressed with the overall project.

The guys who came to our farm to sell the product and to install the product were amazing. Love the look of the walk-in shower. The shower head is worthless. We got the that you can separate to rinse the shower. Water only comes out of one of the faucets at a time. No adjustment to water pressure. Comes out so slow that you can't rinse the soap off of your legs. If there is a better shower head than Josh needs to let the customer know.

Long Bath transformed our bathtub into a beautiful walk-in shower. They were easy to work with and the job was done in 2 days. We are thrilled with the renovation and the job they did.

Cost vs quality of work and product not worth it. Quality of work is terrible. Things were done that I didn’t want done. Things I was told would be done were not. Drywall job and floor are terrible. Some of the flooring is an inch away from wall.

We are very pleased so far with the workmanship of this company.

Everyone from the 1st contact about the appointment was very professional and knew their part of the business. Susan Tios was our sales rep. Then when the crew arrived to install, Joe & Ed were wonderful!!
