The sales person was excellent. I would give him a 5. The customer service was excellent, but the delivery was not. I would give it a 0. They gave me a timeframe from 8am-10am. They did not call or show up. The next day, they came around 11:30am, and I was late for work. The sales part was excellent, and I would give a followup was 5. The person who set my appointment was excellent, but the delivery, I would give a 0.

They are no good. They get people who are probably immigrants to work on it. They didn't send a plumber.

They worked really nice and were on time. They got our stuff together and they were patient and worked with me. I appreciated that.

The product is good easy to clean and the service people were friendly and kept everything clean and neat.

Everyone from the start of the process to the end was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

I’m not likely to recommend Long again. The price and quality of products was good but the bathroom fixtures were a disappointment and over priced. There were no updates along the way until I received a message that they could install in two days. The installers were supposed to come between 7-9 and don’t show until close to 1030 and we’re here until 930pm. At one point I had water coming through a chandelier on my first floor onto a dining room table from the bathroom above. Finally, the backsplash was never installed because of a light socket that needs to be moved but I don’t think would fit with the sink plunger rod anyways..poor planning and poor experience for us.

It took over 6 months to get the job done, and maybe 6 times with coming to our house to do work and correct it. It was not worth it.

The guys that installed my new shower were very courteous while they were here working. They put down cloths to walk through the house to the bathroom. They cleaned up after they were finished. And they were here only a few hours to complete the job. Well done!!

i’m confused on what the benefit is of putting down $13,000.03 months ahead of time and not hearing any communications for three months until I proactively called. It was posed that I could pay 13,000 now or pay 20,000 later. Does that mean I saved $7000 on the total cost? It was very confusing to me.

I am very happy with the new shower! The installer knew what he was doing and did a great job. If was going to be a little late he would call and let me know,

Product specialist was clear, answered all questions and made helpful suggestions. Communication with others was initiated primarily by me in order to know what was going on. Due to a materials mix up( shower doors weren’t included with other materials), final installation was delayed causing some additional inconvenience. The 3-5 day project timeframe became 8 days. The final outcome is that we’re happy.

They were very efficient, came on time, and did their job without even stopping, as hot as it was. Then they took the old singles off and cleaned up so well. When they finished, you couldn't even Tell they had been there. I was very pleased with that.

We sat with the sales person for a hour and went over everything we wanted. We paid for everything we asked for. We did not get the privacy glass which was right up there with the bronze finish on the shower head, control valve and door frame. She and her partner added everything we asked for to the total, including the window film that is required by law, we even asked if that included the privacy glass doors and she, Julie Swan said yes.

We did not get the privacy glass and the window film was not installed. We paid for both.

Originally they scheduled for a certain day but one hour before scheduled arrival they canceled. But the following day they were prompt and completed the job I one day.

Even though our issue was rectified, I do not feel comfortable recommending someone else.

Most of the time I had to reach out to the office m, rather than them, reaching out to me.

The installer was very professional, polite, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after himself. I didn't have to do anything!

Long Home Products met all of our expectations as a roofing contractor. We hoped and prayed we would find one that would do the job right. Replacing a roof means a major financial expense, and a customer wants to work with a company who respects them, provides good service, and a good end product.

Project isn’t done yet it was supposed to be 4-6 days to complete but it’s 15 days now and still not completed yet. Waiting on all the inspections to get done and the building inspector had an issue.

Install came out nice, only exception was trim work was not completed. Have many attempts by text and voicemail to resolve but have not been contacted back yet. Communication has not be a great experience with this Company.

Windows were made 1/2 " or more too small in the width. I have a photo.

My experience with them was just okay. The quality of the work could have been better.

The communication was nonexistent. It was poor from the time we signed the contract up to today. It is very difficult to get in touch with their staff and get a response about virtually anything.

They completed the window installation to my satisfaction.

All things were great up until after the project was complete. I never received pictures of start and end of project or a detailed bill. I sent an email to request this information and have yet to hear back. There were also many nails and scraps of metal left in my yard. I have 3 active children that play outside quite a bit. So, I had to buy a magnetic metal tool to clean up the rest of the yard to make sure it was safe for my children.

5 months to begin. No calls to
Me. No information. Damaged my new composite deck. Nails and debris still being found. No ventilation because they did not know I had a “warm” roof.

I wasn't that impressed with the work. They left a bunch of trash and debris everywhere. It was all over the floors. I had to sweep behind them. The caulking job was just okay. It already looks like it will be problematic. The dude seemed really nice in the beginning, but as we got further into the process and I considered holding off on it because of the price, he changed. I was told that the price was good for 6 months. We were on the phone, and he went from really nice to being really aggressive and rude.

The finished product is nice. The prep work was shotty, not what I expected, no water proofing or vapor barrier, large gaps left and ply wood installed on back wall, I have picture of you like to see, my opinion not worth the money
