LOYL did a quality job start-middle-end. The introductory sales/consultation process was thorough and answered our questions. When the build started LOYL provided good communication. The workmen on site were professional and delivered a quality product. Would work with LOYL again for our next project.

Additional Comments - This house was built for me while I was living in North Carolina. Could have been a disaster but it was not. They listened and heard and I now have the house of my dreams.

We had a great experience with the team at LOYL. Everyone was respectful, communicated plans well and helped make our vision of the space become a reality.

From the first meeting on the property with Kurt and Hannah and through the design, selection, and construction stages, to the completion of the building project, it was a great experience.

During the initial and design stages, Kurt and Hannah offered very helpful design ideas and incorporated our house plan needs into the entire house plan. They worked with us to make design changes that improved the functionality and aesthetics of the house and stayed within our budget.

Tim is very communicative and kept us updated each week regarding what was completed and the plan for the next week. He answered and responded to all our questions in a very timely manner. Tim has an exceptional eye for detail and quality craftsmanship, and he executed both throughout the project. The smallest of details were never overlooked. Tim takes pride in his work. He always wanted us to be happy with the finished product, and he worked diligently to make that happen.

Lex and Brad were very helpful throughout the entire project. From the very beginning of the building project to the completion of project, they kept us informed with the financial aspects of the project. They were very communicative and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.

Steve and Drew were always friendly and easy to talk to with our concerns. However, communication at the beginning was not good we spent many weeks with no progress being made and no communication about when work was going to be done. We were excited about using the BuilderTrend app, but found that LOYL was using it minimally so it was not an effective way to see the progress in our project. The job did end strong with great communication we are happy with our new kitchen and the high quality of the craftsmanship.
