The quality of the work was not ideal for the price that we paid. There had to be a constant monitoring or calling for the work to be done. It took longer than expected. It was supposed to be done in 2–3 months and it took almost nine months for the work to be done. The staff at our the facility had to clean up after the workers after they came in to fix anything. The staff had to ask the workers to redo projects due to poor quality. The staff from Lubbock Steamer Restoration & Cleaning argued with the staff at the facility. They said it was our issue or residents that caused it. The employees from the business would come to the facility smelling like marijuana.

Did not communicate well, kept us in the dark on timeline and questions through out the project. Ceiling repair sticks out. Did not show up on time. Left trash and cigarettes.

Sam, the owner, is a great guy, but I would never use them again due to all the frustrations.
