They took all my shoes that I had in boxes, and they washed everything in my house that didn't need to be washed. My clothes were upstairs, and they washed eighty percent of my things that didn't need to be washed.

We had five rugs cleaned after a burglary. Lyons did a fabulous job cleaning and restoring them to like new.

Communication - Nina was always available, friendly and helpful.

Nobody came out to access the amount of household goods to pick up. Which resulted in some of my goods being left behind then I had to pay someone to complete the clearance on my home.
