Work was performed well and hose looks great. That's the end of the positives. There's still trash that was left in my yard that the project manager promised would be picked up. Every day after crew left I had to pick up trash from the yard to keep my dogs from getting it. Also found paint on my dogs nose and had to clean paint from the yard where it was dumped. Again all of this was brought to the project managers attention and nothing was done. Project manager was awful with communication. We never knew what was going on and were lucky if we got a weekly update. Most calls from him were to ask for the next check not to update us on the project. One of th few calls that was actually an update was to say they were starting paint the next day but we still had no clue what colors the house was going to be because no one bothered to schedule our paint consultation. Paint was obviously delayed until we were contacted for consultation. There were multiple other scheduling conflicts that could have been avoided if he actually took the time to let us know what was happening. We were just expected to be home all the time which is unreasonable. I was looked at and talked to like I was crazy when I said I had to leave for work and would be shutting and locking my door because it was supposed to just stay open all day which we were not made aware of until 10 minutes beforehand. We did not choose the cheapest siding option. We chose the best reviewed because we wanted the best work and best experience. I would could have paid half the price and dealt with a contactor that would still probably be easier to deal with than Nelson was. I suggest you invest in job sight trashcans and maybe hiring a better project manager.

The crew that replaced the siding on my house and toolshed were very professional and did an excellent job. the crew who replaced the roof on my toolshed did not clean up at all, and left dozens of nails in the driveway. The subcontractor who did the window replacements came to work drunk, if he showed up at all.

We had the exterior of our home redone, including new windows. M & M did a great job and John Oliverira went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!

They came right on schedule and did a great job installing new siding and painting. The project manager communicated with us at all times. He was sensitive to any questions or concerns and answered them promptly. We were very pleased with the completed job. We would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Each installation was handled efficiently and was completed on schedule. I liked the level of clean up on most days. Everyone worked hard to deliver a good outcome.

I don't know how much was M & M Home Exteriors or COVID, but when my shipment was delayed because of COVID, I had to call and check on the status. They did not let me know. I thought it would've been nice if they reached out to me instead of me calling them.
