Mad City Windows & Bath is a 10+. They were here to do service on Tuesday, and Jacob did a very wonderful job. I was very happy because I was here with him. I have no complaints about anything. He probably didn’t like that I was standing over him, but he explained everything to me. For a single guy, he did a fabulous job, making my bathroom look bigger. I am very happy with it. I have no complaints.

They explain everything to you on what they will be doing and how long it takes to receive the products. They run all the details by you so if there are any changes you want done or like something different they give you that chance before it is installed. The installer worked continuously to get it done - very impressive. Products are great.
