They have excellent products. That's why we continue to use them.

Thy were very timely and efficient. The quality of the bathtub is absolutely amazing. One of the top things I look forward to every night, is taking a shower in there. It's awesome.

Mad City Windows & Bath is a 10+. They were here to do service on Tuesday, and Jacob did a very wonderful job. I was very happy because I was here with him. I have no complaints about anything. He probably didn’t like that I was standing over him, but he explained everything to me. For a single guy, he did a fabulous job, making my bathroom look bigger. I am very happy with it. I have no complaints.

They run all the details by you so if there are any changes you want done or like something different they give you that chance before it is installed. The installer worked continuously to get it done - very impressive. Products are great.
