Professional and friendly, addressed an issue we had with our shower doors to our satisfaction. They stand behind their product!

I was very impressed with the follow up. A sales rep came during the install to check on the progress and make sure I didn't have any concerns. And then the Green Bay office called and made sure I was satisfied 2 days after the install. Asked if I had enough time to inspect the work and asked if I saw any imperfections that I wanted fixed.

I would highly recommend them. They were friendly and efficient.

We had a new walk-in shower installed in our upstairs bath. Prior to this, we had a tub shower. Jody was our installer. Our water was off less than 2hrs during the tearout and replacement plumbing for the new walk-in. Jody did an amazing job from start to finish and also did an excellent job cleaning up. Thank you Mad City and special thanks to Jody. My new walk-in shower is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

I was really impressed with how well Travis worked, did the job, picked up after himself, and would ask me if I thought it was looking okay. He also consulted with me on things that I think other companies would just do on their own. He noticed I was shorter and that the shower head needed to be installed lower, so he consulted with me about it.

They left smear marks and such and some tar on the windows which is hard to get off.

No...I know mistakes are made as I make
enough myself. But this went on for too long and was extremely annoying

Quality service

Everything was done in one day. Did great work. The shower was worth the price. We did have a small problem but the installer took care of it to our satisfaction. The longer we have the shower the more we love it.

I was very pleased with the family crew that installed my windows. They were very professional & clean. They went above & beyond with doing an awesome job & the Dad(Robert), even fixed my large front window blinds. In spite of the crazy weather we had, they finished the job on time. Each of them made sure they completed the windows efficiently. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family or neighbors walking past my house, asking about how do I like my windows. I found out their oldest son is their boss. His name is Zach Yedynak. They all worked so well together & made sure I was satisfied with their hard work. They all deserve a bonus, in my opinion! The product is of good value and looks great.

I recommend installing the grip bars differently in the shower. When hands are wet, the bars are a smooth surface. I would put in some resistance on the bars for safety sake. Otherwise, everything is fantastic.

The installation crew was great. They did such a good job and were so easy to work with. They made all the difference.

Zach and his crew carefully and efficiently installed the windows and took all the old window materials with them. Everything was cleaned up inside and outside - and we did a complete walk-through before they left. There was one sash that was damaged from the factory, and it has been recently replaced. The tech who replaced it also replaced a screen that was not tightly stretched. We are very satisfied with the replacement and with windows.

I liked their presentation; it was very informative.

The cost was a little higher than what I was expecting. As an initial mindset of how much I wanted to invest, it went above and beyond that.
