Installer very professional and skilled. It seems to me that most of the onus is on the installer to keep promises he doesn't make.

The sales presentation was done very well. The field measure was done hastily with no regard for my wants in terms of keeping the existing bullnose tile and increasing the depth of the shower base. The same disregard was experienced with the demolition as they completely demolished the bullnose tile. I ended up with an afterthought walkin shower with very poor workmanship. I have asked the operations manager repeatedly for his email address so I can send him the details, but I have still not received that. The entire experience was un professional and lacking in fullfiling promises.

We are very happy we went with Mad City for our new windows. From the initial visit to follow up on our instalation, everything went very smoothly. Installers did an amazing job and were very good at what they do. The entire Mad City team exceeded our expectations.

We needed a window that would last. A window that would stand tough in Wisconsin winters and hold out the cold in January and hold it in, in July when temperatures start to rise. It took a lot of research and many strangers in my home telling us about how nice there windows are. Andrew from mad city showed us how nice the windows were with a presentation and literature and sold us on mad city. Great installment of our new windows made an instant change in our homes efficiency and reduced the amount of exterior noise that enters our home, it is a win win. Thank you.

Price was much too high considering we kept our cabinets. Communication between employees was not always what we were told.

They removed the cast iron tub which was dated 1951 and removed the old surround very professional and replaced the bathroom with a new tub and surrounds. They also put a new frame on the window. I was very happy and satisfied along with the new piping and the grab bars installed.

Mad city uses high quality products and their installers are professional, knowledgeable and meticulous with the install.

While I worried about the coming winter temps during the fall, I had a requested visit from Mad City about replacing my front door. The rep. was very helpful and showed me various possibilities and I chose a pricey but preferred door and side window arrangement. It took the manufacturer a while to provide it as it was a special order. Two weeks before Christmas 2 guys came to the house and literally popped out the old door setup, left no damages to the interior or exterior trim and popped in the new. It took them about 3 hours to do this and caulk around the whole inlay outside and in. I'm pleased.
