It was too expensive. I needed the bath changed to a shower urgently. That's why I went ahead and did it.

Overall, I am happy with the result. My biggest issue is that I don't think they did a good job caulking; they had to come twice.

One has already gotten a shower installed with them, and the other is about to. We have not gotten our original gift card that was promised, nor any referral incentives. We haven't even gotten a thank-you. The work would be a 10-star rating, but they are lying.

I was told it would be a 5-inch lip panel. It is a hollow core piece which is 3 1/2 inches tall, and doesn't fit. They only use what they have in stock. Two people came to measure and it was not correct. I ordered Biscuit, but I got white because it doesn't come in Biscuit. I didn't get what a paid for, and I have an onyx lip top panel and my other bathroom is in onyx. I have had my home for 37 years, and I am trying to upgrade and this is not upgraded.

While I am overall satisfied with the product, I found the organization of the work to be less than satisfactory. The workers assigned to the job were diligent, but the overall management of the project was less than ideal. The job took a third longer, all at the expense and inconvenience to our family. It was necessary for me to purchase a tool which was supposed to be on their truck in order for the project to be completed. There was no other way to go forward except for me to purchase the tool. The people at Mad City did not offer to reimburse me for the $20 cost. I walked away with a too bad, so sad attitude. They speak a good game. I would warn others, they need to understand what Mad City will do. I was told they would do touch up paint, but it was not until I pushed it that they did it. The final thing in taking the ball down the final five yards, is that I had another project going on at the same time by another company which I think exemplifies the quality of the customer service. I am not overall impressed with Mad City.

I think that I have a good product, but it was overpriced.

They are dedicated to their work. The main workers struck me as workaholics. They worked right on through and didn't stop. They were very polite about everything, and they knew what they were doing.

I have waited for so long to get a new bathroom shower to be installed that it was well worth the wait and exceeded all of my expectations. I am so happy!

The person did a good job but it took a lot longer than we thought. He should have had 1 other person to help.

Mad City Windows & Bath writes things down and then changes them. I am disappointed because they promised they would come back and change our faucet and shower head, but they never did. I ordered black accents and they installed chrome. That is not what we ordered, and they are not doing anything to resolve the issue. Also, the shower water is running down the wall and I spoke with the manager about this, and he said he would address it, but no one has called me about it or come out to my house to resolve these issues. I am not happy at all, and I will not be recommending Mad City to anyone.

Overall, I was pleased with the installation of my new walk-in shower. However, there have been some issues with it.

They are very helpful with any handicapped needs you may have. The qualifications for their job are fantastic. They like to help with any needs you may have. They can help you with the weight and size of the bars. As far as the cost, they help you keep the prices down so you can afford the shower.
