I was delighted with our engagement with Mad City from the first consultation meeting through installation. Everyone was professional and courteous. They listened to our needs and preferences and gave us alternatives within our price range to build a customized solution that fit with the bathroom’s age and configuration. The on site crew could not have been more professional and friendly. We are delighted with the product and with our experience. I felt the people put a lot of pressure on you to buy their product. I didn't enjoy feeling pressured like that and am not sure if I will go back to them in the future if I need more windows.

Setting up appointments and discussing what we wanted was easy but the knowledge was lacking for our situation. The wrong measurement windows were installed and two weeks later we were told that what we ordered could not be done. Mad City at least offered a discounted rate if we kept the windows otherwise it would be a whole new installment.
