They were very efficient, quick, and they did a pretty good job. I liked the sales process and how long it took. My only complaint was that we didn't spend enough time figuring out what would fit my husband. Things needed to be at a certain level because he is handicap. That's a little bit off.

The sales rep Luke and the installers were amazing and did a fantastic job. I think the main carpenter was Derek. However the office/ customer service team left much to be desired. It started with getting our names wrong two or three times and just escalated from there. Very happy with the finished product, yet not looking forward to working with the office staff until its paid off and we are free of this headache.

Time from sale to install was great, actual install time was appropriate, installer was courteous, professional, and accommodating, and finished product looks great. Would go with them again if I had another bathroom.

From the process of getting paperwork to the installation to the post-installation, it was quick and seamless.

I'm happy with everything they did except for one of the flowers in the front got ruined and I can't figure out I can't get all the windows locked other than that they did wonderful work let's you

I’d recommend all aspects, except the first disgruntled plumber that did a half ass job, never introduced themself to me and left the work area dirtier than before the job began. My advice, terminate and move on.

The installer explained everything to me through the whole process, showed each step he was doing, showed me how my tub was defective and causing leaks, and what he was going to do with the floor.
