The installer explained everything to me through the whole process, showed each step he was doing, showed me how my tub was defective and causing leaks, and what he was going to do with the floor.

Mad City Windows & Bath - Minneapolis did a really fantastic job. We were really happy with the gentleman who came to take the order and the person who did the installation. They were all fantastic.

We have done 2 projects with Long Home Products. The first one was a bathtub and shower combo, and the second was a stand-alone shower. We are very happy with everything including the quality of the products and have had no issues for over 2 years.

We are not happy with them, and we have someone coming out tomorrow to look at a window because it had water in it. We spent a lot of money and I hope I don't need a new window.

We would potentially go with Mad CIty again on a future project so would also recommend to others. The process from beginning to end went oikay but did have to schedule 2 additional appointments to take care of the same leaking issue. Every individual that we had interacted with was professional and courteous.
