The shower has not been completed yet. Someone came to finish and then told me someone would have to come back and do another coat. I have not heard from anyone to complete the job.
Also, I took a shower yesterday 3/3/25. And the doors do not come flush with the ends????Water on the floor and toilet. A handle was left with me and I figured it belonged on the inside door to be able to open and close. It is still in the box.
The two gentlemen who did original work were here around 12 hours and were very nice, but I was not given explanation of how everything worked.
Salesman was very thorough and made it sound wonderful. I waited to take my first shower 1 week later and had to figure how everything worked. I was very disappointed! The floor of the shower felt like I could slip very easily. And the price for what I got is way over what it should have been.
The Finance company has called me to ask my thoughts. The Finance charge over the time of the financing period is almost the same as the price of the shower.
So, no I am not satisfied. I was told or understood a window would be replaced and there was just a window frame placed around the old white window. The frame is a beige color.

I am happy with the quality of the install and the quality of the product. You can't go wrong with the lifetime warranty.

Jacob and his team were informative and went out of their way to ensure there was no mess left in the bathroom or anywhere in the house.

The entire process was very professional.

The installation was not done in a thorough manner. I had been told that insulate the chamber around the window and they did not and then said it's not part of the installation process for a replacement window.

We were pleasantly impressed with all aspects of dealing with Mad City and will definitely recommend to our friends!

I expected an installation team not one young man, on December 2nd. I was up early, removed window coverings and moved furniture and confined my pets by 8 AM, as requested. After two calls regarding the installers whereabouts, was told l could expect someone that afternoon. My lone installer arrived by 2PM. He reviewed the scope of the work, prepared himself strapping on his tools then reported he had accidentally picked up the wrong windows at your warehouse that morning.

Josh told me he would return December 3rd with a helper and the correct windows. He and Ron appeared at 8:30 AM. They worked hard all day. They did not pause for breaks or lunch. They did a good job, except for an accidental drop of one slider pane on the front living room window. This resulted in cracked panes. Josh said he had requested a replacement pane, but could not say when the repair team would bring it to me. They cleaned up after themselves but since it was after sundown missed a few bits in the yard around my house. I was able to pick up these bits myself.

They crashed into our carport upon arrival. My instal of four windows took four days. They did not seek permission from my HOA to do exterior work. They threw away my Bali blind brackets, which still have not been replaced. The locks on one of the windows just popped off. Terrible experience.

Josh arrived promptly. Very respectful and professional. Explained what he would do to install the window and shower. The material is very nice the workmanship exceptional. He was neat as possible and kept the work area cleaned as he went throughout the day. We are extremely impressed and pleased with our new shower and bath.

From the initial in-home sales representative to the two installers - the representatives of Mad City were very knowledgeable and polite. The shower is beautiful and I feel safer with the low step-in and textured floor base. The installers were sure to clean up after the install, which took one work day.

The installer was good, after two days we tried it and couldn’t get enough hot water to fill it half full. One of the therapy buttons doesn’t work, and the drains don’t work well , have to reach down and pull them up. Hopping to hear from someone soon.
