Excellent work on the kitchen cabinet resurfacing. Jake and Nate showed attention to detail, kept work dust to a minimum and cleaned up. They arrived promptly at their scheduled time, ready to go to work. Recommend highly!

Bill and Kurt, my installers, were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my installation. Just because of them, I would highly recommend Mad City Windows and Baths.

I waited 72 hours to use… we go to take a shower… this. (Leak from the shower arm at the shower head attachment).

I called the lead installer directly.. he suggested I take it off and screw it on myself or wait til Monday.

Disclaimer: I’ll wait to get service out here. This is unacceptable at $15,000.

Just wrapped up our 3-day kitchen reno with Mad City. And it looks great!

Everything from figuring out the price, to getting the materials in, to the fast and professional installation itself (Jacob and Christian were so wonderful), to getting someone out to the house a couple weeks later to make a few adjustments…it was just a pleasant, easy experience all around.

Mad City will be the first place we think of when we do our next home update.

Mad City is very professional. I had Jason come out and tear out my old tub and walls and left my bathroom immaculate. Then came Vance and he did a beautiful job on the install of my new walk-in shower. He had some help from Micah also. They left my bathroom in immaculate condition. I highly recommend Mad City.

They really exceeded our expectations. From Don the salesman, to Levy the installer, and Nate his helper they were all great. Levy came back yesterday to take out our wine rack and make it a cupboard. We had an appointment with him for June 7. We only wanted Levy to install it for us. We had such a good experience with him. It turned out he had yesterday free.

Mad City Windows & Baths did a great job taking out our old tub and replacing it with a new shower. Josh did a great job. He knew exactly what to do and if ran into any problems he resolved it quickly. He was also very friendly and well spoken. I would recommend Josh and this company to anyone who has been thinking about getting an upgrade to their bathroom. We have some windows that need replacing and I would ask this company to replace them when I am ready.

Anthony did a very good job. He was very thorough, and it looks beautiful. It was a lot of work, and he did a great job.

They came out and measured everything, when they left I was going to put the shelves back up and now the shelves won't fit.

They are careful about resolving issues and making sure you are happy.

The price was a little high. It was more than we wanted to spend.

Sales rep was pushy at the in-home estimate. I said I wanted a day or two to think about it but he wouldn't leave. Mad City mixed up the window style for two of the windows to be installed, blamed me for their mistake, and then the Field Manager refused to correct the issue.

I am very happy with what I got. I am well pleased. The two young men who installed the shower did a good job. I will recommend them. They were very professional.

They are a total professional organization from the first meeting for the quote, all the way through installation, with people following up throughout. The cleanup was excellent!

Almost perfect. There was a little damage to surrounding drywall that I will have to repair.

Our windows were put in as promised. Very satisfied with them. The shower they didn't bring the right materials, that we we're told by Donnie Bary we would get. The workers were great they did what they were told to do.

Matt said he does very good work and I will Hopefully have them back in the future and do some more work for me to keep app the good work yeah do a good job

From the presentation, which he did for both windows and bath. And I would love to give him a shout out, but I can't remember his name, and I'm not at home. But everyone involved did a fantastic job! I just hate what they did to my beautiful bush and wish they had showed it to me.

They were good and arrived on time. They let me know what time they were coming. They also kept me updated with the whole process. They cleaned up good, but the only thing is it didn't get done in a day.

Organized, know their products, and are very pleased with our new shower and looking forward to our new windows!!!!
