I am likely to recommend Mad City Windows and Baths to a friend because the installers were great. The home people were awful, and they threatened me repeatedly because I wouldn't schedule a time to have it put in over two weeks. The installers were perfect and considerate. When I told them what was going on, they said they'd file a complaint. The local Louisville people were great, but the corporate people were not.

Very good experience from start to finish for the most part. A few aesthetic issues but otherwise it’s beautiful! A tad expensive but quality material and craftsmanship! I will enjoy me new shower!

The work done by Josh was excellent but the lack of respect for your employees makes me question your overall business practices. Please don't think that he complained, he praised the company, but from our end it looked as though he was overworked, having to do this job alone.
