I have already told 4 of my friends about my new walk in shower, and the company that did the installation.

I would recommend Mad City, but I would also tell them how responsive the customer support team is if any issues occur. That is so important for people to know when a business is not just interested in the installation but how they respond to the customer when issues occur.

Very happy with Mad City from start to finish of our whole project.

The whole process went well and we were very satisfied with the results.

The grout doesn’t match and it doesn’t look as good as it could for the cost of the project.

The sales representative was very thorough. He explained everything in great detail. The installation guys were prompt and clearly explained what they were going to do and asked questions to water shut off. Both were very polite and professional looking, and did an excellent job with the install.

Salesman, Chad Bailey, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling. The install team was very polite and courteous.

The entire experience was met with professionals.

This is the best experience I have ever had working with a contractor. They give customer's needs the highest priority on the project, and they work hard, cleanly, and very efficiently.

It was very well installed, and no mess was left behind. I would recommend you to anyone.

Very happy that we decided to update our bath to a shower. The salesman listened to what we wanted and helped us design something that made both my husband and I happy. The completion of the project exceeded our expectations, it only took them about 6 hours to complete it.

The two gentlemen who installed my four bedroom windows did an excellent job. They explained anything I needed to know, showed me how they worked when they were finished installing. I am very happy with my new windows!

Follow-up service not good.

Everything progressed just as sales rep proposed...from a to z...his presentation through installation. Could not be happier!

I will have no problems in recommending Mad City Windows and Bath. There was only one glitch with one window that didn't get ordered mistakes happen.
