While they are not the cheapest option they offered us everything we wanted, and they delivered in every category.Professional in all aspects and treated us like a partner in delivering what we wanted. The install team explained and asked questions to make sure we were happy with everything, cleaned up after day one and were done early on day two as both bathrooms we completed as promised. Very positive with the overall experience.

Everyone we dealt with and talked to was very friendly and professional. They said the install would take 2 days but the crew was done in one and they did a very good job.

Salesman was quite pushy. I felt uncomfortable. I had 3 days to decide if I wanted to do it if I paid half then. This was Friday. Is 3 days Monday or Wednesday? And it had to be a letter in your office. That was not communicated. I also had sticker shock. The shower alone cost what I expected to pay for the whole shower.

Their sales practices do not break the law in any way but sell far more bathroom remodel projects than are strictly necessary.
