I think the technicians did an amazing job on the work performed. However, they were speaking in another language and my son decided to use an interpreter app to figure out what they were saying to themselves. According to the app, they were saying some things about my family that were extremely inappropriate and were rather offensive about us. I would have rather not learned this information, but once that I did, it was difficult to fully trust them. Again, the workmanship installing the windows was amazing; the things that they said about my family made me angry and hurt, and not even necessary to make anywhere in my home or on my property. It was rude.

I thought everyone went above and beyond what was expected.

The price is high for many I would recommend it to. However, for pure installation speed, quality and professionalism, I would recommend Mad City to those who have the means.

Too expensive, we overpaid by about $5000 compared to other family and friends that had very similar work done. Also the financing we were shown was different then what we seen on our first monthly statement when we reviewed it. Salesman showed us 9.9% at $135/month. Our first monthly statement we received a couple weeks ago says 12.9% at $185/month. After trying to get ahold of our salesman for days, he finally texted us back saying he was no longer associated with mad City. We feel not only did we overpay by quite a bit, but we got scammed on the financing also.

It was done wrong and now I have to wait for it to be done right for a couple weeks or so and wasn’t offered anything for the mistake just so it will take longer gave to wait for a reorder and that was it. Very disappointed. And now I’m getting billed before it’s even completed. Not happy

The installers were good craftsmen, and friendly neat courteous, the product is excellent quality, but the information prior to purchase was lacking, for instance the effects of hard water residue on the ceiling panels and also the fact that post installation the adhesive lines become visible post shower, they disappear shortly after but it’s a little unnerving after what for me was a major purchase . And the response from the field supervisor was that it’s a common thing and I should consider taking Luke warm showers , not exactly the kind of a response I was expecting from a representative of the company, maybe I need to look into improving my sense of humor, but I think if we would have been better informed about the entire system and what to expect I probably would have not incorporated the ceiling ? As a whole because of my particular situation I feel that I can’t say that I’m 100% satisfied.

Very professional, not cheap , but extremely pleased

Almost completely redone project with 2nd crew. 1st install crew took 2+ weeks to do (not even complete) a project I was told was going to be 4 days. Then I was asked to sign completion contract 5 times over multiple days before the project even looked to be finished. I was told to finish it myself in the end by first installers and given the caulking they were using.
I would maybe recommend if they stand by their warranty but I’m not sure yet on if they do.
Molly did what she could to make experience right but it was too little too late.

They were all timely with their service and cleaned up well. Their work was great. I'm enjoying my new shower stall.

Stephan and crew were very professional. Very pleased with there work.

The measuring team did a great job getting correct measurements since our walls are a bit crooked. The installation team was polite, respectful, very strong (had to remove a cast iron sink), and worked efficiently. The follow up team had a very skilled carpenter. All the workers were quite friendly and pleasant.

Positive experience. While they are not the cheapest option they offered us everything we wanted, and they delivered in every category.Professional in all aspects and treated us like a partner in delivering what we wanted. The install team explained and asked questions to make sure we were happy with everything, cleaned up after day one and were done early on day two as both bathrooms we completed as promised. Very positive with the overall experience.

Everyone we dealt with and talked to was very friendly and professional. They said the install would take 2 days but the crew was done in one and they did a very good job.

Salesman was quite pushy. I felt uncomfortable. I had 3 days to decide if I wanted to do it if I paid half then. This was Friday. Is 3 days Monday or Wednesday? And it had to be a letter in your office. That was not communicated. I also had sticker shock. The shower alone cost what I expected to pay for the whole shower.

Their sales practices do not break the law in any way but sell far more bathroom remodel projects than are strictly necessary.
