Thank You Mad City Raleigh for your help in remodeling our master bathroom shower.

Mad City installed a new shower for us in the Arctic Ice pattern. It turned out exceptionally well. Our installers were Trey and Mateo. They did a great job. Trey was careful to take our preferences into consideration and verified aspects of the installation with me on the day of. Garrett was also incredible and helped to ensure the shower installation surrounding areas had the most professional appearance possible. Also, Deanna C. was supremely helpful, thorough, and attentive with scheduling. The manager, Taylor, was very friendly and informative when discussing the post-install timeline. I am extremely happy with the outcome of this project.

Mad city has been very supportive in making the job satisfactory. The installer was very nice and pleasant but it was his first alone experience and had problems with applying the adhesive to the panels and not getting it on other things. They tried to clean it but it messed up my carpet in the closet and hall. I continue to find contamination ie on my door lock and hopefully the glue will not cause me to need to replace. Mad city has told me they would make the carpet issue right even to replace it. I need the carpet installers to look to see if it could be repaired or replaced. I am contacting them today. Again Mad City has been very supportive in rectifing this issue. The installation is very nice but need recaulking in spots.

The guys were curtious throughout the install and it only took a few hours.

From the initial consultation to the final window and bathtub replacements, the Mad City personnel were professional, attentive, and courteous. We are very pleased with the final results. The installers were well trained and able to handle the inevitable hiccups. The tub, tub surround, and replacement windows were all very high quality and will last a long time.

We have mentioned to family members and friends that Mad City was the only company we had contacted about window replacements that actually came through. Everyone else either did not respond to our inquiries or described our windows as custom installations that they could not provide replacements for. We have also mentioned the cost, which we initially sort of winced at and others have reacted similarly. We simply don't know how much less others might have charged, had they been able to replace the windows in the first place and probably with windows of lesser quality. Given the experiences we had previously in contacting other possible installers, we simply didn't end up getting any other quotes, and that's our one reason for being less than fully enthusiastic in our recommendations.

(This is the same review I left on Google Review). Our renovation was a complex and nasty one. Imagine a cast iron bath tub encased in a tile box, and a cave shower that both required demo, and the moving of some plumbing for the new relocated shower. The talented construction team, led by Kyle, included Landon and Josh. Impressive work ethic, impressive quality of work, and impressive skills with a sledge hammer! Nothing stopped this team; super grateful for their performance. Special thanks to AJ for starting the project off on the right foot with a solid estimate; no surprises.

Had 3 windows installed, but 1 window is slightly out of square, so it's difficult to lock 1 side. Almost takes 2 people. The windows look great.
