Poor communication from project manager. Unprofessional employees

It was a very professional encounter and everything went really well.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. They responded to every question and concern. They were professional and did a quality job. I know because I got up on my roof and examined it. There were no shortcuts taken.

We were pleased with the respect and consideration that everyone showed during the process of having our roof reshingled. Due to weather and construction on our street, it was necessary to change the install date several times but MAD Roofing was always flexible and patient with the process. I felt they valued us as a customer, and we felt happy with their attitude and work.

We loved their low-key approach and appreciated the many options they offered, along with their flexibility to install exactly what we needed. We used both asphalt and metal roofing and our home definitely stands out in our circle!!! I aways felt very comfortable talking with Matt and Conrad as we determined the final details and they completed the job. The installers were terrific and completed the work earlier than expected. Sophia was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and paperwork. Matt has terrific attention to details and spent a lot of time making sure that our yard was clean and all nails were picked up. This is a great company and you can have confidence that this team will provide a terrific roof at a great price!!!

I had two separate roofing companies try to put roofing on my home in a 7-year period. Both companies did subpar work and I had issues when it rained with water entering my home. When MAD roofing got involved, they repaired my roof so it would not leak until they were able to apply a new roof. The prior roofing companies also cut away part of my stucco in order to "try" to repair the leaks. MAD roofing after completing the roofing scheduled to have the stucco repaired. This is someone I would definitely have do work for me.

This is an AWESOME company to work with. They communicate wonderfully and did a great job on my roof for a reasonable price. I would work with them again any day!

he entire job was finished in one day and they cleaned up and did a fantastic job! Very clean afterwards.I only found 2 small nails. That's all! My neighbor down the road had a different roofer. 3 days and a bucket full of leftover nails in their yard afterwards. Hmm!??

The MAD Roofing team did a great job communicating what to expect and how the job/project would progress. Everything happened as described. The end result is a great looking roof.

Matt at MAD roofing was fantastic to work with. First, he educated me on the process and materials used and what I should look for and expect if I planned to get other bids. Once I decided to have MAD roofing do my roof replacement, Matt and I set an appointment. The initial appointment was changed due to snow and Matt involved me in the decision and to set a new date. The appointment was met the tear-off to install and cleanup was completed in 1 day as committed. Matt stayed in touch during and after the project was completed.
