Excellent service. Carey and Casey were very professional in installing our walk-in shower. They worked very efficiently to remove our old tub and surround and prepare the space for the new shower. The preparation prior to starting and clean-up after completion was excellent. I would definitely recommend the company.

I am not at all knowledgeable in baths or plumbing and was a bit nervous on the front end. Mad City alleviated any concerns and answered all my (often basic) questions. I appreciated the confidence that was instilled in me and their top notch job.

Setting up appointments and discussing what we wanted was easy but the knowledge was lacking for our situation. The wrong measurement windows were installed and two weeks later we were told that what we ordered could not be done. Mad City at least offered a discounted rate if we kept the windows otherwise it would be a whole new installment.

I am very happy with the materials that are used by Mad City Windows and Bath but I am not happy with the quality of work done by the install crew.

The end results is absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with the plumbing, I called and someone was at our house the very next day and fixed the problem. Everyone was professional and courteous. No mess to clean up either!

The company responded quickly when I first contacted them. A sales employee set up a time to meet shortly after and was very nice. The turn around after everything was ordered to the install was quicker than expected. The install was done quickly and professionally. There was a black line left in the shower, maybe from a permanent marker, that I have not been able to remove. It looks like it may have been from trying to make sure the shelves were lined up evenly. The frame around my window sill was also cracked during installation. I did not notice it until after the installation team left. Overall, the experience was a good one and would recommend Mad City.

Everything was done exactly as initially explained and agreed to. workmanship and material as hoped for or better.
