We are very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. The craftsman, John Pica, was incredibly attentive to detail. He understood any concerns that I might of had & addressed them. He did a lot of little extras that really made our kitchen complete! He was really professional & nice too!

Everything went as expected or better

Agreed with first contact that came to our home from MCW that we would start project early April. Then got a call from someone that we had to do this now and was VERY pushy. I asked for him to checl with a supervisor and look at the papers we signed. After a long hold he came back and we were able to schedule early April.

The attitude of the manager and workers. Manager was helpful to the younger workers. While the more experienced worker went right to work doing what needed to be done. They were efficient.

The install went great, it was very quick, very clean & my wife loves her new tub/shower!

The installation team was very professional. They kept everything very clean, inspected everything, and demonstrated how the windows worked before they left. I had all my windows replaced in less than 8 hours.

Rafael and Luis had a very positive energy and work effort. They were kind, pleasant, and did excellent work. I think the bathtub area looks beautiful. I needed a plumber to come for an adjustment. I got an immediate response from customer service and the plumber was here the next morning, corrected the problem, was very kind and pleasant and efficient. I'm very happy with the work and the people.

Not a good experience and I will never use Mad City again. If ever asked by friends or family I'd let them know my experience and to consider other options for companies. The sales experience was dishonest, manipulative refused to take our situation or asks into account. The scheduler was horribly rude (Lindsey) and made it abundantly clear as soon as you answer the phone that customers are an inconvenience and and afterthought. Her tone of voice and attitude she exudes as soon as you pick up the phone is extremely off putting.

Terrific service from start to finish. Colton did a great job helping us choose the right windows for our needs. James and his ABS crew did a top notch job of installing them, explaining the warranty, and how to use the windows.

The entire experience went smoothly exceeding our expectations. Great staff courteous and professional, installation and quality of product is top notch, old shower/tub combination removed and hauled away and Joshua and Lance cleaned up everything.

Staff at all levels were curious and conscientious of our needs and concerns.

Initial work was not completed and damage was done to wall. Installers left area very messy. Took far too long to get ahold of a service manager. Dry wall repair person painted over wall decoration.

I need the plummer back to fix my faucet and my filtered water is not working. I also need workers to come and fix some things

We are happy with the finished product. The project however could have been better coordinated. Our installation was moved up at the last minute causing us to rush to prepare. On day three of the completion/reveal, the installer tells us 2 doors are missing and someone would reach out in 10-14 days. A better approach may have been to have kept the original date so all products were available, better communication, not by the installer, but by management? Also, upon completion a call was made to Doug to verify our satisfaction with the job, all in front of the installer, I found that uncomfortable, what if I had feedback I don’t want the installer to hear? When I mentioned the missing material, it was glossed over instead of explanation and plan to complete. It should have been a happy day but left us in limbo.

Change order supplies were not properly prepared.

The installers were very friendly and respectful. Workmanship was excellent, and the clean up upon completion would leave you to believe they were never there.
