Pretty pricy

I have already told my friends about your service., and how easy all your team made the whole experience. Everyone seemed like we were old friends.

We replaced a 1978 styrene sunk in bathtub in our master bath and the bathroom window. Our new walk-in shower is quality crafted and modern. It is a gorgeous update!

The technicians did an incredible job! They were very competent, willing to explain things and friendly. I would hire them again.

I would recommend everyone to obtain quotes before buying from anyone. I was told by others that Mad City is much higher priced than other reputable possibilities.

After spending the last few years contacting local contractors for various house projects, we turned to Mad City Bath who we knew had been out to our community on a few jobs.

They arrived at the appointment time and were very thorough in all communication. Ryan was our sales representative and was professional, courteous and relatable. He gained our trust by answering all of our questions and concerns. Once the contract was signed he took time to answer a color selection question that I was not clear on, and called us after a busy day to make sure we were 100% happy with our choices.

The work was started in the timeframe that Ryan had explained. The window installer was pleasant and did a good job. A day later the tub installation was completed in a day. The materials and craftsmanship did not disappoint.

Installers were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on how to complete the project. It was nice to have financing options available to make it easier to plan out a project for an expensive window and patio door. The install team was very nice and did a good job, leaving the area clean. The windows function and look great. My only complaint is that the trim and bay window sills aren't painted. I asked the crew and they said it wasn't what they did and I'd have to do it myself. It really should be part of the process when homeowners think they are purchasing a complete install, only to have to do extra work themselves.

I can't give any higher than 8 because of the high cost of your products and services

A life-time warranty that is transferable to the next owner? There's really no other deal that beats it, especially when considering the quality of the windows, sliding-glass patio doors and their installation.

The guys that installed our beautiful bath redo, forgot to glue the pipes, so when I used my shower it flooded my downstairs bathroom, it came through the vent and ceiling and went into my family room soaking my 2 year old carpet. Now they have to come back and put a ceiling in my bathroom. Not very happy!!

The entire process was easy to complete, from sales through installation. We are very satisfied with the end product and would recommend to friends looking to replace windows.

I talked to a man at their Booth at the Grant County Fair in August. He got me set up for an appointment. I got appointment reminders and Jack came right on time. Jack had a very thorough demonstration and broke down all of our options not only financially but for trims and accessories. Dennis came to measure exactly on time and was super nice. Then when the product was in, they scheduled promptly. Rafael and his teammate were very professional and kept my house clean at all times. Very respectful of my property. It turned out great!!

Good work except, I wished they had caulked on the inside of the windows. When I had windows put in about 28 years ago they did caulk around them in the inside too. That way there was no chance of air gaps and it just looked better and more complete. I didn’t realize this until I looked very closely and compared , I discovered this difference after I told the guys what a nice job they did. They were nice guys and very nice to work with,and I didn’t notice a few rough areas on the frames till after they left. I did a little caulking myself at the bottom of the windows. James mentioned something about caulking and I said it might not be necessary so, it’s partly my fault.The windows are very nice and the installers were good workers and polite too! I would recommend them and the windows!

Salesman was very professional and down to earth. Installers ran into a couple problems and took care of them to finish on time. Extremely pleased with entire experience.

It's a small size shower and the shower head was put up too high and it sprays you right in the face.

The process getting to the install was not good. Lots of confusion, lack of communication, people not seeming to know what was going on.

Overall experience was great! The install team, especially Eric was fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with our end result!

The windows are solid, no air leaks, look beautiful and I am very pleased with them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows.
