AFTER THE MARCH HAIL STORM MADSKY SENT A ROOFER TO INSPECT ALL DAMAGE TO OUR HOME. HE WAS MAKING A VIDEO TO SEND TO AN ADJUSTER SOMEWHERE. I HAD TO PLEAD WITH MY INS CO TO COVER REPAIRS THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE/SEE. THEN THEY SENT A 3 MAN CREW TO DO MY ROOF NONE OF WHICH SPOKE ANY ENGLISH. IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE MY 2300 SQ FT SINGLE LEVEL HOUSE. THIS HAIL STORM HAMMERED EVERYTHING FACING THE WEST SIDE OF MY HOME ALONG WITH THE OUTDOOR A/C UNIT. I HAD TWO HVAC COMPANIES TELL ME HAIL STONES CAUSED THE COOLING FINS TO BE DAMAGED AND COULD NOT BE COMBED.THEIR TEAM SAID THE DAMAGE WAS INCONSISTENT WITH HAIL AND WOULD NOT BE COVERED AT ALL EVEN THOUGH THE WINDOW SCREENS JUST FEET AWAY WERE TORN APART.

After the experience with this company, I would want to save any others from having the same very negative experience we endured. It was unprofessional and inexcusable.

I give them top marks on everything. They finished the job by 1 in the afternoon.

Madsky Roofing and Restoration is a joke. They did nothing on time, made lame excuses, got caught lying to the customer on numerous occasions. They were the preferred contractor recommended by the insurance company for hail damage. We choose to use them for the roof repair only. Once they found out that they would not be doing the other repairs, they dropped the ball and couldn't care less about the customer. Roof work was done after contract deadline. I could go on and on but won't. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Plus they claim to be BBB rated. I was unable to find any ratings by the BBB on them in any State.

They gave us the run around about when they were coming out. We spoke with at least 6 different people to begin with and probably 6 more after the job. The only time they were "concerned" about being on time, was to get their money. When our roof leaked they blamed it on the siding (which didn't leak during the 20 times it rained before they "fixed" our roof). The roof still doesn't look right, with waves and ripples throughout. Someone was supposed to come out to make sure there were no more leaks in the attic and still no one has shown up. Worst roofing experience ever!

I am satisfied so far with the quality of the work done, I wish it hadn't taken so long to complete the work
