While the actual employees of Sunset Ridge were pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, scheduling was an absolute nightmare. All appointments except for the actual day of the roofing were not on time. One was almost 2 hours late, one was early, and one was a full day early. Additionally, I was told that the roof would probably only take a day but because of the size, it could take part of a second day too. However, it took almost 2.25 days. Then, the gutters were installed a full day earlier than I expected. And this all occurred after I explicitly called after the final measurement occurring a whole day earlier than anticipated and expressed my frustration with the scheduling issues. I would have thought they would be especially careful with the communication about the schedule after that. It is painfully obvious that the Illinois office is scheduling for the Wisconsin company and they do not know feasible travel times (e.g. I had a 1 hour timeslot for an appointment but my sales rep also had to be at another appointment in a town almost 40 minutes away during the same hour - that will never work time wise).

The contractor figured out a solution for the tricky areas of our roof. Other contractors did not want to tackle the roof. The crew was extemely skilled and finished the job quickly. The work and materials were excellent.
