The quality of the work is excellent; they completed it when they said they would. I am very satisfied.

I have used M&M for a few projects around the house now and they have done a superb job. The last job they did was replace our old siding with new Hardie plank and, paint. The job was done quickly and professionally. All neighbors have commented on the new look of our house.

I would give M&M Home Remodeling Services 5- stars due to the service provided by Joe Ausmus. He provided peace of mind throughout the process. I appreciated the owner's attentiveness. He reached out after the work was completed. He called me personally to see how the service had gone. That is not common in this day, and age. The personal touch by the team was very refreshing. The quality of the work preformed was very good. Any issues or concerns my parents had Joe adequately addressed, checked to see if it had merit, and then adjusted from there. We are very happy with the services preformed, which were a full siding replacement, with soffit, and fascia. It was a high level of work needing to be done. It was done adequately.

Since the job was completed, I have not had any followup from M&M Home Remodeling Services.

M&M did such a fantastic job, it totally looks like a new home! Everything from start to finish was taken care of and made so easy! Crystal made sure that the whole process was simple and painless!

The original bid was reasonable and they worked with me on the payment. I only had one issue with the siding and they fixed it quickly and did a good job.

They are a very professional company and do great work! I have referred them 3 or 4 times for people, and they got the work done.

The crew overall did a great job and every thing looks great from a distance. There were touch up items discussed that were never completed after a couple phone calls and a text with the manager when he asked if everything went well. AT&T had to come out twice to fixed the fiber cable that was damaged while work was being done even though it was stressed to be careful around it since my only option to work was from home so internet was a necessity. M&M did pay the fees AT&T charged me for two trips so that was good. The project manager was great and easy to talk to otherwise.

I have used them for a number of jobs at my residence, and Mike McCollum and his crew have always been timely and professional. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

The guys came out and were very professional in there appearance and workmanship. The job was started and completed in the amount of time proposed and I an very happy with the end result.

The completed siding was done well. Shrubs and bushes were not protected. Once completed no one called or came the next day to clean over two dozen nails left on lawn, driveway and flower beds. Had to borrow a magnetic sweeper to pick up myself. I should not have paid for the whole job the last day before the job was finished and all cleanup completed.

They provided everything needed to complete the project. They were excellent workers, they had excellent communication and everything was done perfectly. They did an extremely professional job.

Crystal is a very good project manager. She took care of any issues that came up with the crew.

M&M provided quality workmanship and communications on our siding project. The crew cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. Mike is a great guy to work with. The painters pleased us and our neighbors with their work.

They did a real good job. They did what they said. They kept the site clean. I was living in the house at the time and caused a little chaos on my part. I knew what I was getting into though.

They do good work at other places. We just had a bad crew. We will never use them again.

I do appreciate how well the salesperson and staff met my architectural issues. Most contractors do not have a good understanding of replacement doors. I wish that they would be more knowledgeable in that area.

I was looking for siding and selected Hardie siding. For the contractor I went to their site and got the name of M&M Roofing Siding and Window company. They had earned Elite designation from manufacturer. So I selected them and I was very pleased. There was a little hick up at the beginning but when the project manager Nathan got involved not only he corrected the situation but I got a superb first class service. He communicates well with the working crew as well with me through out rhe project. Workers are first-class showing up on time and working full time. I got siding painting and roofing done. There fore I had three different crews and I can say the same praise for all of them. They go over and beyond what was required. Nathan stayed in excellent communication with me along with other supervisors Sammy for painting and Joe Tiller for siding. Nathan the project manger after getting full payment did a timely follow up the task, which had remained, of installing the awning, which arrived late due to my error on the front door. Last but not the least, at the very end, when all was completed, the owner called to listen personally my opinion and comments. M&M really earns the five stars.

Mike, the salesperson and foreman, was outstanding. I really enjoyed working with him. He took care of any questions and needs I had. He was very professional and easy to deal with!

Mike McCollum absolutely sold this job. He is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, patient and professional. He was not high pressure and completely accommodating to our questions, problems and changes which are significant because I have a wife and 3 kids to work around. He is impressive! All 3 crews that we had were very personable, very cooperative and very professional. No problems and I even bought them lunch a time or two. I will definitely contact Mike and M&M again when we need work. Thanks again!
