I was impressed with M&Y Remodeling the instant I met Gino. He was very prompt in answering phone calls, scheduling the visit for an estimate and providing us with an estimate. The estimate we received was the most comprehensive. It included many photos of our roof and detailed the work to be done, the material used and cost. The price quoted was the most reasonable out of all the quotes we received from other contractors.The roofing crew was polite and very hardworking. They were very systematic with their installation and clean-up. The job foreman addressed my concerns immediately and came back on the third day himself to finish up the job.

M&Y was very knowledgeable and professional from the initial inspection and detailed proposal through the completion of the installation and follow-up after the installation. They explained the compete process of the roofing replacement, the protection of our property and the disposal of all debris. They provided photographs of the work from start to finish verifying the material and labor installation. They also reviewed in detail the OC product and labor warranties.

Gino Slipko, owner of M&Y, was always quick to answer any questions about the tear-off and asphalt shingle replacement roofing job details. He was responsive to my needs to know more about the bill of materials and the crew doing the tear-off and replacement of our large (55 squares) roof. M&Y's quote was the most comprehensive and detailed of any that I received from the five contractors that I asked for estimates. Not only that, but he noticed that my shed needed roof work too and was the only contractor to look around the property and make the re-roofing of the shed an option. Much appreciated was his professionalism and his concern to do the job right and not skimp on the work to offer a more competitive estimated price. The final invoice was identical to the estimated cost, the sign of a good contractor!

Highly recommend! Gino clearly explained our options for repair vs. replacement. He and his team did excellent work and were very respectful of our property. Great communication - Gino answered all of my questions and provided pictures of the problem areas of our roof upon his initial inspection. He also sent before, during, and after pictures from our replacement project. As an added bonus, Gino was able to finish our job earlier than expected during a very busy time.
