We had to wait in the lobby about 30min past our appointment time and the attorney had no idea that half the closing was a mail away. Leading up to the closing, the office staff was great to work with.

CB is great and my absolute goto. I was disappointed that with this particular closing I did not receive the HUD until after 10am the next day. I was expecting it the previous day and told it would be sent to me. Normally this is not an issue. This was a corporate Relo client and HSR as well as the seller were clearly irritated in the delay.
