Yes, without hesitation. Every company is going to have some issues at some point, but we feel confident that we selected the best company for our job. Some of the others we considered didn't return calls, wouldn't leave a written estimate, and a couple of them have us estimates via satellite images and never even looked at our house!

I read one of the previous reviews about Martino : small to listen and big to deliver and I would add attentive to care . I was extremely happy with the work that was done. We sighed up in July to have both a new roof and siding. As of Dec 19 I am still waiting for snow melt wires to be installed on my roof as per the roof work contract. They were also to remove dry rot from the back of my house and make necessary repairs. In early October I decided I had a problem that Martino was not going to complete this. Despite my many calls to their office, no one ever set up an appointment to take care of this. I finally decided do this repair myself because I lost confidence.in their abilities I am convinced this repair never would have been completed and I still would be stalled out with the new house siding install.

Martino Home Improvements has a knack for telling you all about their Owens Corning inspection, when you may or may not get one. Work was not done correctly the first time. They also promised to use 6 nails a shingle, then proceeded to use four a shingle. Clean up was "subpar". I took about three pounds of nails out of my down spouts.After several headaches and numerous phone calls the job was completed. The issues that I confronted by using Martino's were not what I expected out of a "Owens Corning Platinum Contractor".

Salesman showed up late to nearly every appointment, took 2 weeks to provide a quote, work crew left about 50 cigarette butts on my property and nearly as many nails all over the lawn. Roof looks good after them coming out 3 times, but was a real hassle to work with them. Started job on a Wednesday stating it would be done Thursday, then proceeded to no-show on Thursday leaving my roof exposed and without a tarp prior to expected rain on Friday.

I was very pleased with the quality of work provided by Martino Home Improvements. They aimed to please and any issue we came across during the process they promptly resolved.

I would not recommend them because the job took so long for them to complete.

I was initially impressed with Martino's high BBB rating and that they made available on their site a PDF containing the entire process from estimate to cleaning up the lawn with magnets. No other company provided such a detailed accounting of their processes, and it game me confidence to include them in the selection process. After the initial estimate they came in a little higher than other bidders but were able to explain to my satisfaction why the higher quality materials and ongoing support justified this (other companies used roof felt while Martino's utilized synthetic underlayment in accordance with Owens Corning requirements, etc.). As a part of the installation they also replaced our soffit vents with a ridge vent which should help with ventilation. Martino's also includes bi-yearly checks of the roof to ensure that the shingles are continuing to function effectively. Also, as Owens Corning platinum installers (whose shingles we opted for) they installation is covered by Owens Corning as well, and is transferable to the next owner should we sell. I am very happy with our choice of Martino Home Improvements.
