They had to make changes on the materials, they found some damage on the roof. I had no problems, and everything was fine, and they were reasonable. They fixed the roof correctly. It's an older house, and we weren't aware it had water damage.

I generally only write reviews when I receive a product or service which is extraordinarily bad or extraordinarily good. Masters Roofing was extraordinarily good!
Ed Hill was my primary contact from Masters Roofing. At our initial meeting I was impressed by his knowledge of the roofing products and process, thoroughness of his explanations of each step of the job, his detailing of his company's responsibilities as well as mine, and my perception of his honesty and integrity. I signed the contract at that first meeting.
My house is a faux English Tudor style with many steep roof angles and valleys. Jesus and his crew arrived before sunrise on the scheduled day. They had removed most of the old roof before midday. The new shingles I had picked out (5 pallets worth) arrived and the delivery truck left. A short time later the crew were about to unpackage the first bundle when I asked Ed if I could open a package and look at the shingles. My jawed dropped. Although the shingles were the correctly named color I had picked out from the samples, these appeared to me to be shades lighter in color. I could not envision these shingles on my house. Ed and I discussed my concerns and he immediately began to work towards a solution that would satisfy me. We picked out a new color of shingle from the samples. He called Chad, the project manager, (on speakerphone so I was a part of the conversation) to inquire if the new shingles could be found and swapped out. For the next 30 minutes Chad negotiated the location and swap out of the shingles and within 2 hours they were delivered (the perfect color)! Jesus and his crew worked well after sundown and were back on the job early the next day. The new roof was completely installed by the end of day two. When the crew finished their cleanup there was virtually no trace of their ever being there. Ed returned on day 3 to do his own final inspection and cleanup of any rouge nails. He was the first and last man on the job.
The final price was exactly as quoted, even though a few deck repairs had been made AND the shingles swapped out. I would absolutely recommend Masters Roofing and use them in the future.

They are constantly in communication with you before, during and after the work is done. They actually made great efforts to cover my plants and trees for safety against falling debris! The materials are top of the line and warranties for materials and workmanship! ( who does that?!) The work was completed in the time frame they specified and they stayed very late to clean the property. Then returned next morning to make sure it was clear of nails and debris. I had a lot of things going on with the roof as far as in leaks around the front. After they were finished, there were no more leaks.

My experience was awesome, from the initial presentation to completion. Originally, I was looking at two roofing companies. Both had great presentations. I chose Masters Roofing for several reasons. First, Drew was able to identify a leak just by watching the video he took with the drone (that tells me his knowledge). Second, when I went to the office, they were totally professional and explained the entire process. Third, they have a lifetime warranty on the boots (bc they are metal not rubber) for the pipes that stick out of the roof. The fourth reason was the warranty. I will not have to worry about the roof while I am here.

I had not received this level of professional, knowledgeable customer service for a very long time. I have already begun to share my Master's Roofing experience with others.

Strongly disagree at this point. I have not gotten over how me and my husband who has dementia was disturbed mentally with the carelines of craftmanship and horrifying noises, in which I'm still suffering sensitivity to noise with ringing in my ears. We were totally inconvenienced by being barricaded in our own home by this company throughout the entire 12hr job from the looks of a job well done in the ending. Not to mention no consideration of my husband health situation and doctor appoint I had to cancel because of Chad's miscommunication with me and crew of starting specific-work day by approaching our home before day break like thieves in the night. On the contrary-Tony of Masters ordered me to move our car on the street during the roof repair, as our home is on a hill far from the street. Yet, Master parked their debris dumpster in front of our driveway overnight to the point of me waring them of their city violation code before removing the dumpster all together. Masters (Patrick & Chad-Tony) took totally advantage of my patience from Oct. - December 2022. To add, due to the fact whereas initially in Oct. my insurance settled to pay Masters 12,000 and some odd dollars for a new roof vs. thereafter what Pat convinced me that I needed to get done and pay prior to them installing a new roof. I was charged an additional $4-5 thousand dollars for said rotten wood not even on the roof, yet another/additional for rotten plywood upon replacing the new roof. I trusted and mentioned to Pat My husband and I are seniors, and I handle all the business due to my husband's dementia and disability. Concluding, This all meaning, if Masters charged more money than my insurance settled, why accept the job in the first place; in which Patrick, was on site at my request, the day my insurance company appraised the roof.
