The shower project I agreed to do with MaxHome has taken too long for me to recommend the company. The project has been ongoing for a couple of months and is still not completed. The installation crew damaged my home and I have been trying to get repairs since January. Every time I contact MaxHome, I can not speak to anyone in charge to resolve my issue even though I paid upfront at the beginning of the project. I would never do business or recommend MaxHome. A company this large should not neglect customers.

There was some defect in my home that they found that was not pointed out to me. They broke the tile adjacent to the tub.

They did a good job with the windows.

I appreciate MaxHome coming out for the project and working with my payment plan. It looks great.

I would absolutely recommend MaxHome! The sales person told us all kinds of wonderful things and let me tell you, it is all true! Our wait for installation was about 6 weeks, but they kept in contact constantly. Then in the day of installation ONE man arrived, one guy! He arrived at 9 and was done by 6. Cleaned up and wow!! Just incredible! I love my new walk in shower!!! Thank you!!!

Then two days later we had a nice new shower installed and the guy that put it in did a Great job and it only took maybe six hours and he was very professional and he really knew his work and he was very, very clean. I did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactic and the fact that I had to aggressively negotiate with the salesman to get a better price. I still don't feel I was given an honest and fair price. Max Home should quote a FAIR price and give the home owner 48 hours to think about it, not three minutes. Very unprofessional. Almost as bad as a car salesman. The minute the salesman told me his offer was good only for NOW, I immediately lost all confidence in Max Home. I wanted to ask him to leave and forget about the project, but my wife wanted to move forward.

I was very pleased with Max from beginning to end. I am nearing 70 years old and have never bought a product the first time nor he first day it was presented to me. But I did. There was no better deal, considering the cost, materials, and one day completion of the shower. And boy was I right!
