McCann was excellent from start to finish. McCann's staff were professional and responsive. We've heard horror stores about window companies, but McCann turned out to be trustworthy and reasonable.

Quality installation. Reasonable pricing. Work commenced when promised and was promptly completed.

I really enjoyed meeting our salesman Jim and trusted him. But our order was made the end of July with a promise of install in about 6-8 weeks. We didn't get our windows installed until November. Our order was forgotten and it took multiple calls into the office to get things sorted out, which wasn't the best experience. If I hadn't called I'm not sure our windows order would have ever been fulfilled, despite us having put down a deposit.

Good product and the installation crew (subcontractors) were excellent. While I’m quite pleased with the end result, I found the sales process very confusing and protracted. After the initial meeting, I could not get a quote for months, and then finally was told that they couldn’t do the job. Eventually it came out that the salesman had lost the measurements, but I had a lot of trouble convincing them to just come over and measure again. I was told something about wanting to “see how it goes” in my building by doing only part of the project first. It was a very strange approach to sales. Fortunately it worked out in the end.

We had issues with the mess they made. We had some windows that were slightly scratched, and the cranks were coming off. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, they came out to tell us they would take care of the problem, and we haven't heard back. It's been a lot of us chasing to get them to take care of the mess they made.

There were timely well prepared and well informed of project. They answered all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this company. Love the windows!

Very good installers

Installed 16 windows for us in one day. Put down plastic sheeting to protect our carpets. Cleaned up all the debris on the same day. Excellent job! Windows look great. The following day another gentleman came to touch up around new windows if necessary. And to finally inspect. Great job!
