The work was not done in a timely manner. The work that was done was sloppy and unprofessional. Had to inform them that I had consulted with an Attorney to get the job done after almost two months of being displaced. No supervision of their workers.

I would have to really think about that. I've used them several times in the past for other properties I manage, and they have been good, but this time has really made me think that next time I will call another company first.

I called at 4:30 AM on a Sunday regarding a leak which affected 11 floors. Before 6 AM there were 8 MD technicians with loads of equipment on site and starting the drying-out process! Great response! The technicians were very thorough and assisted individual unit owners within their units also. Every Resident who was in contact with the MD technicians had positive comments.

Employees would want to show up when they wanted to and then expect you to be there. You would never know when they would be there from one day to the next. Extremely rude apathetic workers just there to collect a paycheck.

MD responded immediately when the flooding occurred. But it has now been a month, and they are still "estimating" the repairs. "A" for immediate response. "F" for follow-through.

The work they do is very good. The time it takes for them to do the work was a problem.

I used MD Restoration in the past and was very satisfied with the service and quality of the work that was performed. However, the second time I used them we had a horrible experience. They never returned calls, constantly promised to send a revised proposal but never did. Remediation called for 4 feet of drywall to be replaced and they only replaced 2 feet, etc. Basically, a complete lack of customer service and not the same company as before.
