I think they are going through growing pains. I think there service was great about pre job information. Everyone was professional and polite. The problem came after the job was done. I needed some things to be fixed and I had to keep calling and they would send someone out who would only do parts of the work. There was incomplete work and I finally called the office and they weren't aware of the issues. I spoke with the operations manager and I'm happy that they could come out and fix the issues with the roof. They need to come up with a better system since they've grown so much.

MEC did an efficient and timely job. They took care with my 160 year old house and its quirky design and did a beautiful job. The workers were courteous and cheerful, and the clean up was immaculate.

MEC arrives, works in an extremely efficient manner, and inspects everything upon completion. I have told multiple people of the professional and expert installation.

After our initial call to MEC we were easily able to schedule a time to meet; Dustin showed up a few minutes early and sent us an email with a quote that same day. He came with samples of roofing materials at our first meeting.

MEC provided the best value by far over the other bids we reviewed. They were flexible with terms by not requiring a deposit, working out an installation day suitable for our household, they were responsive to our questions, and showed up when they said they would. Also, since they paid for materials upfront and have their own crew (not subcontractors), the risk of a mechanics lien was virtually zero.

Haven took the time needed to explain the job and the different options for my particular circumstance. I felt there was transparency in their charges I did not get from other contractors.
